DownloadsAdd on unit for the Byzantines.
Heavy spearmen, having both shields (strapped on their backs) and 2 handed long spears and swords. Can use the schiltrom formation.
In campaign the unit replaces the Varangian guard (which can be recruited as the janissaries, from the town hall).
To install this model do the following:
1. Unpack the contents of the archive in the Medieval 2 Total War installation folder.
2. Run the Byzantine Heavy Spearmen.bat.

Wow men this is ridiculous because this unit mod is not compatible and not made for other mods as a extra unit for the Byzantine empire.Can you please make it compatible with other mods please. |

It looks exellent! But I'd suggest fix the appearing time at high. I am waiting for other Byzantine units like latinkon crossbowman |
