    I don't mind AI spamming stacks (major powers) but factions with 1-2 settlements won't be able to field massive stacks in VH...

    Is there any way to edit the amount suppported by settlements / upper limit?

    War Chariots (Single Axle) were pretty much non-existant in the Han Dynasty esp the Mid-Late era. Double Axles were used throughout history for transportation purposes.
