Hi there,

I'm sure a bunch of people will enjoy watching your MTW-adventures on youtube. Umm... There is a bunch of fixes and alternatives as to get MTW running these days, for W7 users the chances of running MTW somehow are pretty good (but not certain) due to Redux (which will change the original game). The semi-famous "button fix" will go a pretty long way, the lesser known Sepheus-fix is another fix, both of leaves the original game as such intact. Or if people want to strike it big and drastic, go straight for Redux, as in Medieval Total War - Redux, which will likely provide the best possible overall chances of running MTW successfully somehow on newer hardware - especially so for W7 users. It wont be the standard game then however, but an upgraded and altered game-experience. Some Links....

These fixes work for Geforce? From what I read, there is no solution for that one, currently I can play any campaign but I auto-resolve battles since I can't click or direct any troops.

Its possible that Redux might increase overall stability and performance for you but I doubt it will change or fix other Geforce 8xxx and 9xxx-card problems (such as battles etc. etc.). Admittedly, I don't have any intel on it, but I doubt it (by all means try it if you like). Regardless, lets try to keep all tech-stuff/problems were it belongs - the "Eras Technical Help"-section/forum and stay away from all that here. Other then that please refer to this other thread for further info/discussion on your Nvidia tech-issue...

Nah, I am about to buy a new pc and this time there won't be an NVidia stopping me ...

I watched the videos btw, good campaign although the Danes don't appeal to me in MTW. Having read Bernard Cromwell's Saxon stories I am having a blast playing Viking Invasion right now!
