Some vertex weights can be corrupts.

Compare vertex weight for those 2 models :
PART_LIGHT_MILITIA_CORRUPT_lod1
PART_LIGHT_MILITIA_CORRECT_lod1
You will see that some vertex weight sums are not equal to 100.
Try to correct those vertex weights.

When you will have successfully corrected the corrupted model, merge it to PART_SWE_FOOT_GUARDS.

Compare difference between INFEARLY_STEP1_lod1 and INFEARLY_STEP2_lod1 models.
INFEARLY_STEP1 is simply PART_LIGHT_MILITIA_CORRECT_lod1 model merge into PART_SWE_FOOT_GUARDS, without reworking joints.
INFEARLY_STEP2_lod1 is the result after removing extra joint using the previous tutorial.
