Your Favorite Meat?

The question is simple. What is your favorite kind of meat? Personally, my favorite would have to be bacon, for obvious reasons.

I am looking to branch out in my meat though, and am probably going to try either elk, deer or moose in the near future.

Kebab.

You should definetly try venison, (deer) it is absolutely my favorite meat of all time, with or without A1 steak sauce. (Which is a must for any would-be carnivore out there)

Beef.

Ribs.

I have a friend who has that as a Bumper sticker, People Eating Tasty Animals lol.

I'm tied between Venison and Lamb

Bacon. No contest.

Love venison, especially in chili

personally, I prefer Japanese & Scandinavian cuisines as well as Persian mixed grills
I normally concentrate on white meats (chicken, fish) more than red meat (mutton, beef)
keep it fresh, keep it simple as I always say
