Submission Format

    It would be ideal if we could have a standard format for submission.
    The following samples should be used as a guide and not an absolute standard.

    Book with One Author

    Title of Book, Lastname, Firstname
    Example: Making a New Science, Gleick, James. Chaos

    Example: The Hummingbird House. Henley, Patricia.


    Book with More Than One Author

    The first given name appears in last name, first name format; subsequent author names appear in first name last name format.
    Example: The Allyn and Bacon Guide to Peer Tutoring. Gillespie, Paula, and Neal Lerner.

    Article in a Magazine Cite by listing the article's author, putting the title of the article in quotations marks, and italicizing the periodical title. Follow with the date of publication. Remember to abbreviate the month. The basic format is as follows:
    Example: "Title of Article." Title of Periodical, Day Month Year: pages, Author(s)

    Citing an Entire Web Site
    Editor, author, or compiler name (if available). Name of Site. Name of institution/organization affiliated with the site (sponsor or publisher, if available), date of resource creation (if available).
    Example: World War II Tanks. www.DDMuseumtanks.net. Author(s). 2008. D- Day Museum. 2005
