To begin:
Nose hairs grow lush and rampant. (In need of a trim pretty much every other day. WTF.)
Also, one doesn't heal as fast as one used to.

You can't have as many sex partners as you used to have before
Also, you can piss yourself, at times

Dammit, so true.. but that's not inherently a bad thing, 'cause if offers you the excuse to keep drinking in order to deal with the very consequences of the hangover itself :P

Having to always put a hat on before going out in the sun. Always. Without exception. Even if it's for just a little while.

Better a bald man with a good fitting Fedora than a bald man with a bad fitting toupet.

in my 50's I find drinking a pot of coffee a day usually ends with pissy pants every time I sit down and jalapenos on my sub will make me crap myself , I can hardly wait to see what 60's will bring
He's clearly being talked to by the people around him, you can see Dr. Biden point to something to the President's left and he turns and looks, causing a gust of wind to pick up his jacket and push it away. You can watch Dr. Biden's dress in the video to see how strong the gusts of wind are. I'm fairly sure they're literally standing under a helicopter with it's rotors spinning. Also, the video looks slowed down.
All that aside, I've seen people from the age of 2 to 100 struggle to put on a jacket before. I struggle half the damn time and I'm 25.
Yawn.

One of the indignities of old age is that we tend be to slow and cautious in our movements (lest we break a hip or something).
