I think having decreased income from doling out estates would be a good representation of feudalism.

I think having decreased income from doling out estates would be a good representation of feudalism.
Estates might have additional effects like bonus food, income, faction allegiance..depending to whom you lend them.So for example church estates are quite valuable for Sea king viking factions in case of going pagan way. (to be hold by faction leader)
What I´m missing is somewhat more complex hierarchy of estates. Special towns/villages having special estates. Perhaps even more goverment offices and more intriques. Now it is like people->estates while i would prefer more layers people->estates>offices/higher estates ...more than governors.
