Transfer of developments to the RIS map

Can you please help me with this question? I decided to transfer my work to the RIS map. It seems like I transferred everything, but now the game doesn’t seem to see the files from the text folder. I made the campaign folder similar to yours. Don't know why this might be? The description does not see, for example, and swears at the unknown names of the rebel nationalities (rebel names that are tied to the city and are in decr_reиel_factions)
It seems that the new campaign does not see the text folder
