Re: The "I just saw" thread
I watched half an hour of Transformers and walked out it was horrible. Got to see State of Play which was quite good. 7.5/10
Re: The "I just saw" thread
Watching Scorsese's Casino again as we speak. You've gotta love the De Niro/Pesci/Frank Vincent triumvirate.
Re: The "I just saw" thread
Pelham 123 Solid 90s type action/thriller.
Re: The "I just saw" thread
Pandorum.
I enjoy Sci Fi. This movie might be the best SciFi horror movie since Alien. I think the movie could have been trimmed down some, but I enjoyed it.

Re: The "I just saw" thread
Even when I have nothing to do, I don't watch catch that many movies. I like to savor my movies, like a fine wine. Mixed with some zombie flesh and green ectoplasm.
Re: The "I just saw" thread
I savor my movies I said this week I watch maybe 2-3 movies a day plenty of time to savor them.
Re: The "I just saw" thread
It must be because I am a SportsCenter junkie. Raging at SportsCenter and their insane love affair with Brett Favre....
Re: The "I just saw" thread
Saw Surrogates yesterday and I'm honest about this: it's his best film in 9 years. Since Unbreakable he has continued to play in  films (with exception of Sin City) such as Bandits, 16 Blocks and the god-awful Live free or die hard. I think the ending makes this film special, like the The Sixth Sense.
Re: The "I just saw" thread
Die Hard 1 & 2 were good but 3 & 4 were unneeded. I just finished watching Clint Eastwood in Dirty Harry.
Re: The "I just saw" thread
True Romance.
Excellent movie with a brilliant soundtrack.
If you've not seen it, get it watched.

LOL, back in the days I won 2 tickets on a radio-show for that movie.
The question was: name three movies starring Sylvester Stallone? My answer: Rambo 1, 2 and 3.:laughter:
btw. This was before all media went loco with overly easy sms-quizzes, and the radio station was so small they didnt even pay the bill at the theater. At least thats what the register-lady said to me after making some phone-calls for being anxious to let us in or not.
Anyway I liked it allot back then.
Re: The "I just saw" thread
I just watched the Godfather.
Re: The "I just saw" thread
Krabat
A movie based on a great novel/fairy-tale by Gottfried Preussler. The movie was meh, but I didnt expect they could bring the book to the screen properly anyway.
Re: The "I just saw" thread
Conan theBarbarian. Actually it's still going, I was watching some the beginning 45 minutes then just left it to listen the music.
Re: The "I just saw" thread
Watchmen on my new ps3.
Looked good, sounded good but didn't have as much action as I tough it would.
Re: The "I just saw" thread
I just saw The Treasure of the Sierra Madre, a classic starring Humphrey Bogart in the lead role as Dobbs. It's one of the best movies I've seen, and I recommend it to all. It's the classic tale of greed gradually corrupting an individual. I wish more adventure movies of this mold were made today....
Re: The "I just saw" thread
New South Park with the ghost of billy mays trying to sell things.
