Writing anything in white letters on a white background isnt going to help your case. Tw is cpu intensive and you are using an antiquated low ghz two core cpu which is why you lag so bad in battles....

You don't have the hardware for a medium/high settings. You should lower your over all settings until the lag stops and also lower your screen resolution as you really don't have enough video memory...
