Translation was done 2 years ago. Not all unit descriptions are translated and most biographies but I thing everything else is translated. Yes, it is full compatible with BC 7 + bugfixer.

I have no problems with files.
Volume of files is ok, because the same music file is played in game menu (state MUSIC_FRONTEND) and I hear it clearly :) The same file on state MUSIC_BATTLE_BATTLE is skipped.
