Also another one that i've found is Imperiales Oeconomaie mod. It has a 12tpy version but you wouldn't get to play DLC factions in Grand Campaign. Reason prolly is that it is made before those DLCs....

I did found this "Reduced Army and Navy Campaign Movement" by Theora it works for Grand Campaign but after 5 turns, it reverts back to its normal movement range like in Vanilla. I'm playing 12tpy...
