    There is no easy way to deal with TSE, especially when they've been given the time to capture Egypt. They have a huge population pool to recruit from, and by this point the more advanced barracks.

    Ah, fair enough then.

    Looks great! Haven't played RTW or XC for a couple of years, so haven't been in the loop. Really like the Satraps idea, much better than a Carthaginian senate.
