    when you press the printscreen button, go to your main MIITW folder. There you will see a folder called "tgas" your screens are saved there. Use any photo editing programm to open them.

    First check here: http://twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=45874

    When you press the print screen button, your computer copies what's on the screen at that moment.

    You then need to minimize the game and open up any image editing software, like MS Paint or Photoshop, and 'paste' onto the blank screen. If done right, or if compatible, the screen you took should pop up then.

    However, this can only be done one at a time as print screen only saves one image per use. Before you take another print screen, make sure you paste the image you took onto paint or photoshop before returning to the game for more.

    It might be prudent to download one of many screenshot programs like FRAPS. I don't know what else is out there, but someone here might.

    i think irfanview can open tgas http://www.irfanview.com/

    @Sher Khan

    your pictures are saved in Tgas folder in medieval folder. so you can take numerous pictures without exiting the game.

    Yes, it can.
    The copy paste way is only needed when you are using the CinEd.
    If you just press Print Screen ingame, the saved picture will be stored in the Medieval II Total War file called "tgas" and you can use a program like IrfanView to alter it and make it shareable.

    I tried uploading pics as an example and it didn't work.
    your accusations are banal and it is beneath my dignity to do so.........

    personally, why can't you just upload an image to this site from your computer to site, just like other progs. all the other methods really just waste time.

    Maybe your image is too big, or perhaps it was an incompatible file type?

    I suggest converting all images to JPEG, GIF, or PNG form so you don't have to worry about that.
