Who Are Your Rock Heroes?

Another one of my 'What/Who's Your Favorite?' threads.
This one's pretty self explanitory. Who are your rock gods, your idols?
Why do these people inspire you??? What is it about them that makes you admire them???
Well, here are mine!
Bruce Dickinson - Iron Maiden
One of the best Heavy Metal frontman ever. He has an amazing, operatic voice that just fills your ears. Not only can he sing, but he has this commanding aura about him, he can get an audience to do anything!
On top of being one of the premier frontman of Heavy Metal, he's also incredibly smart. He's well versed in literature, science, history. He's also a world-class fencer and he owns his own airline company 'Bruce Air'.

The guitarist for the greatest Progressive Rock goup EVER! Alex has his own very unique style and tone. Since he's the only guitarist, he has to play a sort of 'rhythmic-lead' approach, very hard to pull off, let alone make it sound good. Alex pulls it off and makes it sound AMAZING!!! His tone is awesome too! Don't even get me started on his soloing, the guy is a virtuoso! He can do ANYTHING! Overall, he's a very laid back kind of guy, he doesn't always go ballistic on the solos, a lot of them are slow and simple to play, sometimes he doesn't even have a solo for some songs, he also doesn't expect to have the spotlight on him at every second, which I think is a very admirable quality.
Adrian Smith - Iron Maiden
Adrian is one of my biggest musical influences, he's always been that sort of guy who I could relate to a lot - He's pretty laid back, but he can get wild when he wants. He's also been one of the most progressive guitar soloists in Rock and Heavy Metal. I love his soloing techniques and style. He often incorporates a repetitive 'rolling-bend' method where he bends a string a whole step, rolls off of it and plays a progression/degression. A long with that he LOVES double string bends which sound so cool to me. Not only does this guy play like a rockstar... just take a look at him! I LOVE his style of dress. It's so awesome.
Once this thread gets up and running, I'll post some more of my music idols. But I'm leaving it up to everyone else to share THEIR Rock Gods. REMEMBER to explain why. Even if you don't know what it is about them, you just love them for some reason, that's fine. It's an explaination. All right, get goin' who inspires you to rock???
