I say slap some cuffs on that girl and let a judge convict her, send her to jail for a MINIMUM 2 years, which may sound harsh, but she'll either grow up and realize she has a serious problem and needs help, or she'll continue on the same the self-destructive path that many others have take before and wind up in the dumps or dead. Also included, it should be made MANDATORY that she be put into rehab; not one of those voluntary joints where you can leave whenever, but one in which you have to stay for 18 months and where you have no say in matter and are made to stay.

IMHO, Lindsey Lohan has had it way too easy, ala Paris Hilton. Giving Lohan some tough love and taking away 3 years of her life, through jail time and rehab, will keep her from dabbling in the lifestyle she's become far too accustom to, especially at age 21, and make her sit back and take perspective of her life. If she's smart, mature and prudent, she'll change her life around but with how things have been going with her life of late, either send her to jail and get her some help, or sit back and count the days until she finds another way to get herself in trouble.
