What book are you currently reading? Share a few comments

I'm currently reading J. R. R. Tolkien's "The Silmarillion". I've always wanted to read the Lord of The Rings books, as i really like fantasy, but never got around to it. But i finally managed to go to the library and get myself a copy of The Silmarillion. Ill read it first, then continue on to the Lord of the Rings.

Also reading Scott Adams "Dilbert and the Way of the Weasel". Scott Adams is hilarious I really liked "The Dilbert Future". Funniest books I've ever read.

I am currently reading, Cross Roads of Twighlight, book 10 of the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. I started with the first one in November. Figured I would just read the whole series in one shot.

I started reading the Silmarilion after I read The Lord of the Rings. They've got nothing or little to do with each other(As to the type of book it is). The Silmarilion is like...a Bible explaining religion and lore full of strange, hard names of people and places that you easily forget. I never finished reading it, it was just a bit too heavy for me...

The Lord of the Rings though is tremendous, together with The Hobbit. The only two books I ever enjoyed reading, apart from history books.

Not that I like reading much either as you can see...

(...) and that unfortunate People were afterwards forced to undergo the utmost Miseries of a Siege, in their Capital City of Barcelona; during which, great Multitudes of them perished by Famine and the Sword, many of them have since been executed; and great Numbers of the Nobility of Catalonia, who, for their Constancy and Bravery in Defence of their Liberties, and for their Services in Conjunction with Her Majesty and Her Allies, had, in all Honour, Justice, and Conscience, the highest Claim to Her Majesty's Protection, are now dispersed in Dungeons throughout the Spanish Dominions.

Then you'll be happy to know they are in talks to bring it to the big screen. But if you knew the relase date of the latest book then you probably knew this as well

Its actually a TV series, which HBO will also be making a series from the 'Song of Ice and Fire' books from George R.R. Martin.

    Here is the link http://www.prophets-inc.com/news/

If will be produced by Sam raimi and if they make it like ROME, it may just work. But it all depends on what network they are going for and how they approach the production.
