There is a RTW guide but I didn't think there is a guide on MT2. I like reading on people thought about the strategies and tactic. SO does anyone planning to do it or it is already out there?

As far as I know, a large RTW/MTW style guide is not being attempted for M2TW.
There are, however, some excellent faction and unit-specific guides here, as well as some nice number-crunching ones elsewhere around the forums.

There's no point, however, maintaining a huge FAQ, as there's already a fantastic one at the Org here and I see no need for competition
