My back hurts. Doesn't this happen to anyone?

I mean hurts. My back is hurting for some reason. Im squeezing and massaging it but I know that wont help much

Anyone have any advises?

I couldn't help but laugh when I saw that paint drawing. What have you done in the past 24 hours that might have caused it? It's probably a pulled muscle, you could try one of those heat-relief packs or something, that ought to ease the ache, other than that, I don't know, if it really bothers you, you could take pain killers, but you'll probably have to wait it out, it might be gone when you wake up tomorrow anyway.

Alright. I've been a professional dancer and martial artist for the past 14 years. If anyone knows how to treat injuries, I would.

Regardless of the cause of the injury, a very important thing to do is to always have fluids on hand. That helps your circulation.

Next, what does the pain feel like? Is it a dull pain, like somebody hit you with a hammer? Or is it sharp, like a needle or knife?

I would also recommend that you obviously take it easy. My guess is that it's merely a hyperextension of your back muscle, a pulled muscle if you will.

If you could get to a professional masseuse, that would be good as well.

Only under the very last resort should you go to a doctor.

Well okay. Hmm, I might just wait till tomorrow. I think the pain will abate after sleeping. And Serious samurai, theres alot from where that drawing came from heh

Anyway, the pain doesnt feel sharp, its between dull and someone hit me with a hammer. A flat one. Hmm, it must be some minor muscle thing.

Cause I just recalled, yesterday night I was practicing with my sword. Just to release some energy. Its weight is about 3.25 lbs. I must have damaged something cause I havent stretched or anything. It was sudden to my body.

I'll wait till tomorrow and see anyway, thanks alot gentlemen

How interesting! I was practicing with my daikatana yesterday, and I'm sore as well!

Now if we were practicing at the same times, then that would be a awesome coincidence!

Well, my soreness is in my left arm. I can hardly move it.

But then again, I had been working out for nearly an entire day, so I guess that's why.

My left side has always been weaker than my right.

but seriously for muscular pain you want ibuprofen (sp) its like paracetamol but really good for muscle pain i use it all the time (because i'm always ****ing hurting myself)

i once heard a femal nurse tell a guy (screaming and writhing) that kidney stones are considered the next most painful thing after childbirth...(this was on one of theose hospital documentary shows)
