cheat console problems...

i tried add_money, process_cq and create_unit cheats and so on. I used them all correctly, but what is this?! whenever i use the cheat once, the cheat will not be recognized ever again..
basically i use the add_money 1000 once, next time, it goes like, it is not recognized , please use "?" for help...

That's how it was in Rome:Total War. You only get to use a cheat once every time you turn on the game. I think later patches fix that, maybe 1.5.

yeah you need 1.5. In Vanilla 1.0 you can use cheat only once and then you must restart the game...

Luckily i am using the gold edition. Instant 1.5 patch.

ah, cool, thanks for the fast replies, . Say have you guys tried the greek mod? it looks good to me, since i don't like RTR because IMO mods without imperial campaign is useless...

Greek mod? I suppose you are referring to the extended greek mod?

Just be patient. The mtw2 patch 1.2 is even worse. Anyways, you are not european? And i play the FF series. I must admit they are great.

i'm having problems actually getting the console up,
in the campaign game i press the ~ key and it doesn't come up at all

Not on my keyboard, it differs from country to country. Whatever happens to be below the Escape key. (Or left of the 1 like Monsieur Alponse said).
