Installation Help? (playing rtw on steam..)

how do i get this to run on my steam version of alexander? because i have rome total war gold and rome total war alexander which both entirely seperate folders under the steam apps folder..if anyone knows and can help it would be much appreciated thanks.

I don't have it on Steam, but try this:

Right-click on the Alexander game tab (on Steam) and right click on it to select properties. In the general tab, click "Set launch options..." and add the following line: "-show_err -nm -mod:alexander/300WOS", once then launch the game as "Rome Total War: Alexander."

A'yup. You only need RTW/Alex. No BI required.

I have the same problem. I have the Steam - RTW Gold edition. I can't seem to get 300 WOS to work porperly. The mod launches OK but when I try to select a faction and play in the campaign it doesn't work for me?

Update: Never mind. Got it working - The Classical version at least.

Glad you got it working.. Remember to click on one of your settlements every-time you start the mod so the script is launched..

im having RTW 1.5 version so can somebody help me to tell how to install WOS plz actually i gao WOS downloaded but cant install and if we need BI and ALX patch where can i download them or i need to buy plz help
