The Netherlands. I looked at the faq and it isn't among the countries that are blocked, it could be my IP-range.. Or something like that, frankly I don't have a clue.

so Granto, the RS2 maps files are in the .73a download??? tryyed dl'ing the .7z folder but all i got was a weird file looking thing that would not extract, i figured it was a faulty dl or somthing, anyway i have .73 already and its good but the map graphics are sorely outdated. Just want to make sure that the rs2 files will be in the .7z folder?

The .731 exe keeps telling me it can't complete installation because it "cannot create the following file: C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Activision\Rome-TotalWar\Uninstal.$$A"
Any ideas?

I have problem and can not download rs2 environments file from game-front site.
When I start to download it keep pop-out 403 forbidden!

I have such question. Campaign for Gwynedd, Aulue are available only in the cities of fourth level. This isn't an error? Bonheddwyr are available at once, and Aulue - isn't present

Hi, the game is awesome, I played like 4 hours in a row yesterday night.
Actually, there's a problem with the religions.
When I load a saved game, the religion level in all my provinces go out of control, and so, mostly of my pagan provinces (with temples and all) turn 100% christian. There's something I didn't activated?

I think the 'religion issue' you are experiencing is because celtic christianity was taken out of the 73a release and the regions were not properly adjusted back to two religions only ( pagan/christian ).

I do not know how the game gives this strange result for you, but I can re-create it, and can it can be fixed by replacing the "descr_regions.txt" file in directory "...Rome - Total War\arthur\data\world\maps\base".

You will then need to delete the map ( "...Rome - Total War\arthur\data\world\maps\base\map.rwm" ) before re-starting RTW so the regions are re-built correctly.

I think ( but am not 100% sure ) that doing this mid-campaign may give you some minor issues, but I don't thinkj it will cause CTDs.

If you aren't happy with that then onlt delete the map.rwm when ready for a new campaign !

I attach the original regions.txt as well.

In summary:

1) overwrite ...Rome - Total War\arthur\data\world\maps\base\descr_regions.txt
2) Delete ...Rome - Total War\arthur\data\world\maps\base\map.rwm ( note the game re-creates this for you )


File to use = descr_regions.txt The original file = descr_regions_original.txt

@Svatalf : I think this is intended, as all factions who can recruit Aulue are like this..could be a bug, but at least its consistent
