Default How many each day, are you having enough?

    Fruit and vegetables.
It seems that a world consensus on how much fruit/veg is recommended for a daily intake is still missing. In most english speaking countries, Germany and France the recommendation seems to be 5 a day (5x80 grams = 400 grams total)

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

While in the part of the world where I live (Denmark) the official recommendation is six a day (100 g portions, making that 600 g)

A pun was certainly intended in the "Six every day" campaign.
Now, I have tried to weigh the food I intake, and I find 600 grams of fruit/vegetables (potatoes excluded) to be quite ambitious. I wonder if anyone can eat this much.
I am curious to know if even more ambitious recommendations are being made elsewhere, and if any of you guys are actually able to follow these.
