Probably most definitely the US. I'll let Europe rot and go beat the out of Mexico and every other Latin American country I can get my hands on, then send the now massive American army across the pond and bring George Bush's secret evil plan to conquer the world to life!

Actually, the first part is pretty accurate. I'll let Europe ruin itself and solve my issues with Mexico and then wait for Germany to smash through the Anglo-French lines. Then I'll refill my bag of popcorn and wait for whatever comes next

Let's stay on topic. If I were to play Belgium I'd probably be forced to fight to the last man till either of the Major powers overruns me. If Germany doesn't then France will (since diplomatic relations don't count for all in ETW). That or I'll take a gambit at conquering the Nederlands and try and make a break for it and also invade Iceland, Norway, then Sweden, and finally Denmark. After that things are too unpredictable in terms of the AI diplomacy to say for sure what I'd do during any circumstance. But I'll probably try and play as Denmark after Serbia because I'd like to unite all of Scandinavia and then invade Germany like I did once in the 1914 mod for Hearts of Iron 2 . Needless to say that game was not easy either. After I conquered Norway I was locked into a 2 year war of attrition against Sweden along the Norwegian border. I only won that war because I researched tanks and made several tank divisions to turn the tide in my favor.

I feel like a Russian or British campaign would also be rather fun. Fighting the Ottomans and sending waves of screaming Ivan's into Fritz's trenchline sounds rather amusing. In TGW it gets to be rather challenging to play the Russians, as your economy is generally thrashed rather quickly, making the endless human wave a difficult task.

On the other hand, playing as the British would give you a substantial position from which to enjoy the numerous side-conflicts, such as Ottoman campaigns and such.

Yes, well, that's what happens when you try to exterminate an entire ethnicity of people. I guess you should learn to use your words like a civilized race instead of executing entire villages in mass graves. It rather sounds like your town got what it deserved
