    Default Marius reform

    Hi guys i installed SPQR a couple of weeks ago but somehow the reform of marius isnt happening. The readme says that when i build an imperial palace in italia, the reform happens. But i have 1 in capua and i cant build new units or buildings. I dont play with the Garrison SCript, is that nesessary for the reform? Help please^^

    I re-read the readme for you:
    5. Carthage must be destroyed and you must own their lands for Marius Reforms to take place.
    You need to conquer all the Carthaginian starting provinces and build Imperial/Royal Palaces in all of them.
