Apparently total war ARENA is the future, there is still very litte information about it, but it's set to be a free-to-play MMO, focusing on 10vs10 battles, where each player controls 3 units

its not another TW game, you shouldn't name the thread like that just because you want some attention.

It's just going to be a sideline addition just like what they did with total war:Battles on the IOS platform.

Learn not to make accusations when it's only been publicly unveiled.

Yes thank God .
I hope this game removes all the players from TW that keep spaming the comunity and forums to make TW a fantasy game ,where they actually achieved with Shogun .
I hope that CA brings up old hardcore TW with Rome and remove ,retainers,super speed units, super hero units with super powers ,etc,etc now that they have other games to implement those things.

Oh and that makes Total war: Battles part of the series, no it doesn't.

They have only done it to get alot of attention.

For example if Dice made a new sideline game called, Battlefield: Arena. Just because it has a series name on it doesn't make it one of the battlefield series franchise. Yet beacuse it has the name on it everyone suddenly assumes that it is another BF franchise where as if you looked between the lines you would figure out its just a attraction word.

Old news and 2 I wont be playing it sounds boreing and something not worth my time. Id rather they focus on the MP Campaign then this junk of a game.

They actually specified that it is a "new Total War game". I wouldn't be too surprised if the used the same game engine either.

It's obviously going to use the same engine as its what's needed to play the total war style game, yet it doesn't define as another total war game,

it's just a sideline additional game to get more money. As it seems that all periods of total war franchise will be in this game allowing you to maybe see a roman army vs the French fro, the 1800s,

We have no idea how the game will play, so quit complaining about "roman army vs napoleonic army" because we haven't heard anything about it. All that we know so far, is that it's basically total war battles where players split control of an army and face off verses the other team's army.
