    After this post I should be able to start making changes to the first to keep that up to date.

    For the sword version of the auxiliary infantry, I could call them Heavy Auxilia, and they would be a basic heavy melee infantry, which would be cheaper than legionaries.

    I'd recommend moving the legates down to tier 2 and making a praetorian bodyguard unit for tier 3 if you are taking suggestions =)

    Thanks for the update... was getting a crash before - but now works great. Have to change some stats and give abilities to work better with radious. This is a great addition to my game.

    Also I like the idea of Heavy Auxilia

    Think you could put in some roman pikeman? And an upgrade with praetorian pikeman late game? If people dont want Roman pikeman, at least create an Auxiliary pikeman to be recruited by rome.

    If you want ideas for more units (besides pikes):
    Gladiator Champions (late game gladiator upgrade - more armor with weapon diversity)
    Equites Cataractarii (roman cataphracts)(http://totalwar.wikia.com/wiki/Equites_Catafractarii)
    Archer or Javelin Wardogs (wardogs with bowmen masters)
    Urban Cohort as a General escort (roman infantry general unit)
    Auxilia Barbarian Trackers (medium infantry early guerrilla deployed units for rome)

    This mod is compatible with Radious. I am using both these mods and a few others. The only thing is that balance is a bit off for my taste - the solution is to download packfilemanager and tweak the tables of the new units to your liking. It's not hard to use; I figured it out myself - but I am sure there are tutorials on how to use the packfilemanager to make the new units of this mod fit Radious in the way you want.

    I test my latest pack with Radious's total war mod, and the mod manager did not detect any conflicts with my pack, and the game started. I don't have the time to test my stuff against every single modification, so if someone does find a mod that my pack doesn't work with let me know so I can either fix it or let people know about the incompatibility.

    I cannot balance my stuff to every mod, so like Kroghammer mentioned you can always use the packfilemanager to edit values to what works best for you. I don't use it, but an alternative to the PFM is the Rome 2 Editor.

    Those Socii units and the redone auxiliary infantry look great!

    I would however either like to know how to get just those units into my game or if you could post a pack with just them and the praetorian generals bodyguard. Thanks

    Is this historical? if not would you want to make a historical unit pack i really like your work but i only like to download historical packs

    This mod is not meant to be strictly historical. Though many of the units might be historical, the main objective is to give the player more options of unit recruitment when playing as Rome.

    Love the new look of the gladiators. They seem more like individual bad-asses now

    I dont know how the meshes work in rome 2... You think some of the veteran gladiators could wear armor like this (http://imageshack.us/a/img96/7928/9dvt.jpg) and still keep their arm covering? and have few dual wield instead of a shield. Axe and sword, trident and sword ect. - would look awesome if you could.

    Just asking though, is this just the Socii units or does this also include the "heavy auxiliary" and the praetorians as general's bodyguards?

    Hey, I was thinking the veteran gladiators could get some better helmets/masks too, like in the movie Gladiator. Nice mod otherwise! Thanks for sharing!

    You lost me at Praetorian Archers. That's a bit ludicrous.

    Also, the Urban Cohort were not actual legionaries, the Praetorians are the best of the best when it came to the Roman military, you couldn't get any higher.

    The Urban Cohort were simply slightly better trained Vigiles.

    The 3 different types gladiator helmets present in the game for the most part are representative of the most common types we know of. I am considering making "new" version of the existing helmets, but with different textures to make them shinier(like polished brass).

    I am on the fence of having an addition type of Gladiator which was suggested: Gladiator Champions(or some other name), which could have more decent armor, duel wielding weapons, and built exclusively at the Colosseum.

    I am working on making a Roman Chariot unit, and I am considering making it built exclusively at the Circus Maximus.

    The Urban Cohort of this mod are a reinterpretation of the old Urban Cohort of the original Rome Total War. I am making/experimenting with units that myself and others want to see, and trying to integrate them into the game as seamlessly as possible. Yes this does mean that I will have a bunch of ludicrous units, but I like having more options instead of fewer.

    Fair enough, fair enough, as long as you know that Urban Cohort are not as badass as the Praetorian Cohorts.

    I like your ideas on gladiators and chariots and I think this is one of the best mods on the site. I just wanted to say that either the Champions or Veteran Gladiators could get masks, probably Champions, they should be the complete elite in gladiator soldiers.

    Also, I don't have a lot of experience with modding, only installing mods and/or testing them. But if there is some work you could show me how to do or some work I could do, I'm here to help
