    House Tyrell of the Reach

    • Lord Raymond "The Thorn" Tyrell.
      • Born in 143 AL
        • Lord Raymond was the bastard (and only) son of the former Lord Tyrell. The Lord of Highgarden, held a feud with his brothers and to scorn them he begged king Aegon III to legitimize Raymond as the heir of the Reach. Once Raymond became lord of Highgarden, he survived a coup from his trueborn cousins and later took his revenge.

    • Victor Tyrell
      • Born in 175 AL
        • The heir of house Tyrell, born without legs. Though being a cripple, he does his best to live up to the expectations of a southron knight.

These are the following children of Raymond Tyrell in order of which year they were born.
    • Tyene Tyrell - 171
    • Janyce Tyrell - 172

    House Baratheon of the Stormlands

Though a significant house among Westeros, House Baratheon was once one of foreign origins. The family tree can trace its ancestry to the legitimized bastard brother of Aegon I, Orys Baratheon and the daughter of the last Storm King, Argilac the Arrogant. Thus it is a known fact that the Baratheons have distant ties with ruling Targaryens, whereas the Targaryens kept their Valyrian features, future Baratheons after Orys inherited darker hair and features of the native Stormlanders. House Baratheon rules over the Stormlands, a rugged terrain where hardy people, like the Valemen and Northerners, live and thrive. Since the days of Aegon I to the present rule of Daeron II, the Stormlands served as one of the territories that was a first line defense against the Martell and the Dorne. Now with the recent marriages and intrigues since Baelor the Blessed, the Dornish Marches remain a quiet frontier for now.

The Baratheons rule from the ancient fortress-city of Storm's End, one of the strongest castles in all of Westeros. It is believed to have been built by the first Storm King, Durran, with the help of an ancient race called 'the Children of the Forest,' which predates the First Men by thousands of years. Nonetheless, whether the rumors were true or not, the Storm Kings created a formidable castle out of Storm's End. It serves as the seat of power for the Baratheons since its founding under Orys Baratheon.

Meldred Baratheon, Lord of Storm's End

    Age: 36
Titles: Lord Paramount of the Stormlands and Lord of Storm's End
Marital Status: Married to Ravella of House Dondarrion and daughter of Old Lord Dondarrion
Children: Galladon 'the Young Stag' Baratheon (born 178 AL), Orys 'of the Storm' Baratheon (born 182 AL), Gwyneth 'the Little Doe' Baratheon (born 182 AL), Lyessa 'the Little Fawn' Baratheon (born 185 AL) and Urragon Baratheon (Born 187 AL)
Traits (12 points): +2 duel, +3 field battle rolls, +2 survival, +2 escape and
    Tier 2 income (+5% earned)

Meldred Baratheon is the third son of the late Lord of the Storm's End, Godric Baratheon, whose life saw the turbulent and corrupt reign of Aegon IV 'the Unworthy.' By the time Godric died, his eldest sons had already departed the living world, thus leaving Meldred to rule Storm's End and the whole of the Stormlands. The Baratheon is grateful that his father died after Aegon IV, allowing him to rule without such a cruel and corrupt King gripping the land. Despite being the third in line to succeed, Godric still gave attention to his son, granting him a proper education typical for any high Westerosi noblemen. Meldred excelled in swordsmanship as well as warfare and administration. His elder brothers, similar in their taste for warfare, lacked the charisma and steady grip that Meldred inherited from his father. In a ways, the Stormlands were blessed to have Meldred live longer than his brothers and thus succeed his father. However, Meldred does his share his father's appetite for wine as well as inheriting a quick temper. Some of his actions, in order to keep his firm grip upon the land, have sometimes yielded a cruel look upon the Baratheon Lord.

While Meldred hoped for a peaceful life in the reign of Daeron II, he began to sense tensions among the Targaryens and the Great Bastards of Aegon IV. In a gesture unlike ever before, Aegon IV legitimized all his bastards. Daeron inherited the throne, but his half-brothers still roamed freely with a legitimate claim to the throne. The Baratheon Lord takes a dislike towards the Dornish bride that the King has wedded, who he sees as his natural rival in the South, as well as the foreign influences brought to the court in King's Landing. It is still undetermined where Meldred's loyalties lie; though he has shown great amounts of it towards Daeron II. However, with the tensions between King and vassal as well as among the family, Meldred wishes to see how the drama unfolds and then determine the Stormlands path.

    Galladon 'the Young Stag' Baratheon

    Age: 16
Titles: Heir to Storm's End and the Stag Knight
    Marital Status: Single
    Children: N/A
    Traits (4 points): +1 duel, +1 survival, +1 escape, +1 jouster

Galladon Baratheon, later dubbed 'the Young Stag' and elevated as the 'Stag Knight of the Stormlands,' is the firstborn son of Meldred Baratheon and his wife, Lady Ravella of House Dondarrion. Galladon was born with bright blue eyes, the brightest eyes ever seen in the Stormlands. The Maester who witnessed the birthing of this son believed that Galladon was to become a knight of pure intentions and noble virtues; one whose blade will shrine the brightest. The young man has proven such a prediction; like his father, Galladon excelled with swordsmanship and earned the title 'the Stag Knight' by his tutor and the Lords of the land. Galladon even crafts his own weapons, having learned how to use a smithy by Storm's End own master blacksmith. While the young man hates administration and finances, sighting he was never good at it, Galladon enjoys the thrill of hunting, tournaments and duels.

    Orys 'of the Storm' Baratheon

    Age: 12
    Titles: The Storm Knight
    Marital Status: Single
    Children: N/A
Traits (2 points): to be updated at the age of 15

Orys Baratheon is the second son of Lord Baratheon and his wife, Lady Ravella and the twin brother of 'the Little Doe,' Gwyneth Baratheon. Orys takes more towards his mother in appearance while completely opposite of his elder brother Galladon and Meldred, his father. Orys enjoys reading and writing poetry by candlelight; though has been forced to learn the art of using a sword and shield despite his disagreements with it. Despite his lacking in martial ability, Orys was granted the status 'The Storm Knight' in order to elevate his importance among the Baratheons and the Lords of the Stormlands. The young Baratheon enjoys the company of his reckless and rash brother, Galladon, despite their polar opposites. Some Lords have stated "Look to Galladon for the Warrior and look to Orys for the Crone," signifying Galladon as the true knight while his younger brother holds the wisdom. Currently Orys is being trained by Galladon to understand blades and shields despite his great disinterest in swordsmanship.

    Aux. Characters
Lady Ravella of House Dondarrion, Age: 32
Gwyneth 'the Little Doe' Baratheon (born 182 AL), Age: 12
Lyessa 'the Little Fawn' Baratheon (born 185 AL), Age: 9
Urragon Baratheon (Born 187 AL), Age: 7

    House Targaryen of King's Landing

*The above is a canon personal sigil of Maekar Targaryen*

Maekar Targaryen, Fourth Prince of Westeros

    Age: 20
Titles: Fourth Prince of Westeros and Lord of Summerhall
Marital Status: Married to Lynesse Hightower, daughter of Lord Edric Hightower
Children: Daeron Targaryen (born 190 AL) and Aerion Targaryen (Born 192 AL)
Traits: +2 duel, +2 field battle rolls and +2 survival

Maekar Targaryen, born in 174 AL, is the fourth son and fifth child of Daeron II and his wife, Myriah Martell. Though similar to terms of skill with weapons to his elder brother, Baelor Breakspear Targaryen, he has kept the appearance of his father in terms of the Valyrian appearance. The Fourth Prince is unlike his brothers; Maekar has a powerfully built body, making him an ideal warrior. His father gave him a warrior and general's education; Maekar excelled not only in the strength of arms, but also in being a commander and a capable one at that. His strongest trait is his loyalty towards his father, the King, and his elder brothers, Baelor, Aerys and Rhaegel, despite being the youngest and most unlikely to succeed to the Iron Throne. The Prince married at a young age and has currently fathered two sons, Daeron and Aerion. He was also granted Summerhall, one of the direct holdings of House Targaryen in the Stormlands that is used as a summer palace.

With the rising tensions of the realm between the Great Bastards and his father, Daeron II, Maekar sees this as a chance to prove his worth, not only as a Targaryen and Prince, but also as a groomed military commander. It is highly unlikely that Maekar would betray his father's side for that of Daemon Blackfyre and will ensure that his father's foes are destroy to ensure peace and stability for Westeros.

    House Lothston of Harrenhal
    We Will Maintain

Known as cruel landlords, house Lothston rule their lands with an iron fist from their cursed seat, the castle of Harrenhal. They are a noble house from the Riverlands, who's origins are unknown, it is believed that they are from mixed iron-born and Riverland descent. They became landed knights under the rule of house Hoare's rule of the Riverlands. They revolted with the other Riverland lords against the Ironborn, when Aegon unleashed his dragons on Harrenhal. Finally, House Lothston rose to prominence in the conflict known as 'the dance of dragons', where they supported Aegon against Rhaenyra. In the aftermath, they gained the lordship of Harrenhal as a reward. Together with the castle, the new lord of Lothston was also given the last member of house Strong (one of the main supporters of Rhaenyra and previous lords of Harrenhal) as his wife, so nobody would challenge his rule. As a result House Lothston took as their new signal a bat, a symbol of their new seat of power and their motto became 'We Will Maintain', since many houses have held Harrenhal without success. As Harrenhal is the biggest castle of Westeros and rules over one of the most fertile regions in the kingdom, house Lothston is, dispite of their bad reputation, a powerful and influential house. They usually marry and befriend other powerful houses and remain close to their overlords. One of the mistresses of Aegon IV was Jeyne Lothston.

The current head of House Lothston is Lucamore Lothston. He is a bald, fat man in his sixties. His only living children are his two daughters, Danelle en Lynesse. He is married to his second wife, who is half is age. She is also the mother of his living daughters. Lady Lothston, however, is often called 'The only living ghost of Harrenhal.' As see is rarely seen outside her bedchamber, she always dresses in black and never leaves the castle. She is very pale with dark features. She always mourns the death of her infant sons whom she either lost in childbirth or soon after. There is no happy bone left in her body.
His eldest daughter Danelle is seen as his heir as which about her father stated: "It came with a maid, it will pass with a maid!". He is however, by no means happy about it. He doesn't dare to leave his castle in the hands of a inferior woman and proclaimed a tourney in which the victor (or his champion) can take his daughter's hand in marriage and would rule Harenhal in her stead.

    Lord Lucamore
Cruel, ill-tempered, Lucamore is not reminded fondly by most people. Especially not his own people. Stubborn, brutally honest and a practical man. He is not a man who would give someone a second chance. His punishments against his people are bloody. In his eyes, the smallfolk and his family alike are born to obey. Inspiring in them respect and above all, fear.
He believes in the male supremacy and views his living children as both an insult and a disappointment. Wishing he had a strong son, he makes it clear that he sees no place for his daughter in governing Harrenhal and would give her away to the strongest man available to do so. He had a living son once, from his first wife. He died when he was a squire from a sickness.

    Lady Bethany Lothston
Bethany grew up as the youngest daughter in her fathers household. When her father wanted to make an alliance with the might of Harrenhal, he commanded his daughter to marry lord Lucamore, who was not only a unattractive widower but also twice her age. She married him against her own will. She was a pampered, light-hearted maiden when she married lord Lucamore. Very affectionate, but not a very deep character. But Harrenhal changes people. She could never connect to the ruins and see it as a family home. Making her an unhappy woman, who often felt homesick. In the following years, she had many miscarriages. Most of them where boys. Her husband would every time be sad and enraged, stating this was all her fault. She gave birth two times to a living baby boy, but both died soon after. She did however give her husband two healthy girls. This however, didn't compensate the loss of her beloved sons. Lady Bethany never leaves the castle - even though she hates it there. Her husband wouldn't allow it. She always wore black and makes a sad, pale figure. She is dubbed as 'the only living ghost of Harrenhal' by the people.

    Danelle Lothston

Danelles's birth was a disappointment for both her parents. As she was only a girl, her parents neglected her, in their ongoing struggle to sire a male heir. Her parents found her sweet, but uninteresting. Growing up in a dark and ruined place like Harrenhal, with a ghost-like mother and a father who behaved towards her as a lord of state instead of a loving father is not the best way to inspire a jolly young maid. Danelle is found to have a honest and rude manner of speaking in stead of the poetry-like lines of refined young maidens. A trait she picked up from her father. She grew up knowing that there was a possibility, that one day she would be in charge of monstrous Harrenhal. Altough she was never acknowledged as his formal heir. Danelle received a education what was a little more then a normal noble girl. And only because of her own desire to learn. Her father thought because she is a woman, she wouldn't become anything important to him. She quickly learned that her first duty was to Harrenhal.

    Lynesse Lothston
Lynesse is the younger of Lucamore's daughters. She often follows Danelle around. She is said to be even scared of her own shadow. She dislikes her family home and is lost without a proper role model. She is a shy, introvert young girl who perhaps had more potential, had she not been born into house Lothston.

    [CONTENTBOX=House Greyjoy of Pyke]

    "We do not sow"
    History
Descendants of the Grey King, the Greyjoy have ruled the Iron Islands as Lord Paramounts sworn to the Targaryen Crown since the death of Harren the Black, the last of the Hoare Kings and his line at Harrenhall and the surviving Ironborn lords elected Vickon Greyjoy and his line to have primacy over the other houses. Since then, the Greyjoys have commonly kept to themselves, preferring to remain uninvolved in the politics and events of the Greenlanders, while occasionally attempting to return to their old ways of reaving the western shores of Westeros from Bear Island to the Arbor, with varying degrees of success.

    Members of House Greyjoy

Morrigan Greyjoy, Lady Paramount of the Iron Islands

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

    Age : 26 (Born in 169 AL)
    Gender : Female
    Married? Yes (to Tristifer Wynch)
    Skills : +2 Sea Battles, +2 Income, +2 Duels, +1 Archery
Physical Appearance : Standing at 5'7 and having pitch black hair that falls to her waist, a slender and lithe figure, Morrigan could be considered to be pretty when compared to some of the other women of the islands.

Biography : The eldest child of the late Lord Greyjoy's brother, Euron, and a woman of House Harlaw, Morrigan's childhood was spent with her mother's side of the family at Ten Towers, being raised alongside her cousin Carolei while her brothers were raised in a traditional Ironborn education by their father at Pyke. Why she was sent to Ten Towers is a mystery, it may have been due to her unusual nature and the fact a Drowned Man believed her to be cursed by the Storm God.

As she matured, she showed aptitude in administration and a penchant for mystic arts, dabbling in various forms, sometimes testing out curses on her brothers or couriers of her uncle's court for her amusment. A rumor is that one of the thralls brought back during this time was a hedge witch and she served as the young Greyjoy's mentor in the mystic arts. At the age of 18, her uncle disappeared during a reaving against a unknown foe, and his family as well. Leaving the Iron Islands in temporary chaos, her father was forced to take the mantle of Lord Paramount to prevent infighting over the title by other houses, although with the hope of it being more of a regency until his brother or one of his heirs returned to claim Pyke, as he felt uneasy with the political aspect of things, preferring to be out on the sea than in a court. He recalled his daughter from Ten Towers as she was visting family to aid in his regency as Master of Coin for the Isles.

At the age of 24, Euron died in his sleep from an illness he caught two months earlier, although some rumors say his daughter cursed him or sacrificed to the Storm God to kill him. As he believed Harras and Victarion were unfit for lordship, the former being a flashy and too similar to his father, and the latter more interested in fighting than leading(and the fact he would declare independence right away and likely end up dead was a factor)..that left him only his eldest child as his heir. Since then, Morrigan has ruled the Islands with little incident besides a certain Drowned Man going around saying she is a demon who will lead the Ironborn to ruin, but as he has been dismissed as a lunatic by many, the threat is little.

Personality : If she had to be described in one word, mysterious would be it. Rarely informing people of her plans besides those who earn her trust, coupled with her typically apathetic nature perplexes people as to what she is thinking for the future of the islands. She typically prefers not to let her emotions show, but on occassion she has as she is human, after all. Can usually be found if not at court practicing or reading about the mystic arts, or near the ocean.

    Harras Greyjoy

    Age : 20 (Born 175 AL)
    Gender : Male
    Married? No
    Skills : +2 Duels, +1 Sea battles, +1 Survival
Physical Appearance : Shorter than his elder sister by two inches, and less muscled than his brother, Harras possesses the typical looks of a Greyjoy and the build of the Ironborn.

    Biography :
The youngest of the three children born to Euron and his wife, Harras is considered to be the one nearest their father in personality. Preferring to sail the oceans, experience various cultures(reaving them for possessions is but a mere bonus to him) over remaining in the Iron Islands, he is rarely found at the court.

Personality : Boastful, flashy, and usually joking about something, Harras is the friendliest of the Greyjoys, his brother being less fun than a ingot of Iron in his mind, and his sister is nearly as bad.

    Auxes, Various Court Officials

    Carolei Harlaw
    Age : 22
    Rank : Lady
The cousin of the ruling Greyjoys, and daughter of the brother of Lord Harlaw. Is rather bookish and quiet, but can be mischievous at times.

    Victarion Greyjoy

    Age : 25 (Born 170 AL)
Rank : Captain of Pyke's Guard.

    Biography :
The secondborn child of Lord Euron, Victarion showed aptitude for reaving and fighting at a young age, always being aggressive in training or when playing with other children. Going on his first reaving at the age of fifteen, he has since gone on at least ten others, and wears his trophies from these raids proudly, being a firm believer in the Iron Price compared to his siblings. After their father's passing, he became captain of the guard for Castle Pyke. He doesn't enjoy the position as much as reaving, except when there is something for him to be unleashed on.

    Adley Botley
    Age : 46
    Rank : Drowned Man

A Drowned Man who has been a nuisance for Lady greyjoy her entire reign. Showing up in court to rave about curses, her being a demon, or anything in between, he is considered to be a laughing stock but still carries some respect due to his position.

    House Swann

    Lord Malwyn Swann

    Age : 35
    Rank : Lord of Stonehelm
    Skills : +3 Battles, +3 Income, +2 Siege, +1 Naval Battles, +2 Duels, +1 Survival
    Married : (wip)
    Children :
Joffrey Swann, age 10, heir to Stonehelm
    Tyene Swann, age 10.

Malwyn Swann is the firstborn son of Lord Barristan Swann, who died in a storm off of Cape Wrath fifteen years ago while sailing back from Tarth to negotiate his son's marriage to Lord Tarth;s daughter, but the negotiations fell through afterwards when he returned to find that Malwyn had married some Essosi woman and abruptly cut off the betrothal to Tarth's daughter, succeeded his father, and removed several elements of his court that opposed him in a relatively brutal purge which extended to their families being exiled from his demense as well.

    House Blackwood of Raventree Hall
Blackwoods are an old house in the riverlands, descended of the First Men. They had been petty kings during the Age of Heroes. They lost this status when the Andals came, but still managed to keep many of their cultural legacies including the religion of the old gods, being one of the few houses south of the Neck to do so.
The Blackwoods have an old and bitter feud against their neighbors, the Brackens, coming from the Age of Heroes when both houses ruled as kings. The feud has continued throughout the years, aided by House Bracken's conversion to the Faith of the Seven. The Teats, Battle Valley, and the village of Blackbuckle are part of the disputed land. The feud abated until Ser Otho Bracken, the Brute of Bracken, slew Lord Quentyn Blackwood in a tournament at King's Landing about a century ago. When Lord Bracken lay dying and it appeared he would be succeeded by Otho, the neighboring Blackwoods were expected to go to war. Hostilities between Houses Blackwood and Bracken have carried on to the present day. Some Blackwoods are buried in the village Cairns.

    House Tully of Riverrun

(picture, drawn by myself may follow soon, showing the whole family at the beginning of the game)

The main characters of House Tully:

Lord Uthor Tully, Lord Paramount of the Riverlands
    Rank: Lord of Riverrun
Age: born in 136 AL (59 years at game start)
Appearence: An old man, growing already the first silver hair out of his red hair, covering most of his face. Even in high age the tall Lord of Riverrun has long, strong hair and a magnificent beard, covering his chin and his throat. At most time he has a stern look on his face, but in private he sometimes is even able to smile or laugh about a good tale. Though he is already reaching his sixties and won't live a long life, he's still muscular and of thin figure, though he definitly looked better in younger years.

Biography: Uthor lived for a long time in peace as a knight and younger brother of the heir of Riverrun, Ser Ronald Tully, before war came upon the Seven Kingdoms and showed him the brutal reality in case politics fail. Being send out by his father he and Ronald took part with a large part of his fathers levies at the Battles of Dorne, following the orders of King Daeron I. and participating in a cruel war, which changed the knight to a warrior and among the ranks of the Riverlanders to a hero. Unfortunately his brother had not enough luck to survive the last attack of the Dornish on Daeron's fresh army after the rebellion against the Tyrell tyranny and wasn't among at the captives like Uthor. However, he was later freed after peace got finally restored between the Seven Kingdoms and Dorne due to the fact that the Riverlanders only obeyed the Targaryen's commands and Old Lord Tully gave the Martells a generous sum for freeing his son. Though Ronald fell by the blades of Dornish marauders neither Uthor nor his father, who died soon after the events by an unfortunate illness hold a grudge against Dorne as they had to accept the legitimate reasons of the rebellion.
The fresh lord soon took a daughter of House Mallister as his wife and even was able to keep up this love after making the mistake of sleeping with another woman in later years of their wedlock and adopting the young child after the mother died two years later. Furthermore, he managed to overcome smaller crises in the Riverlands and several bandit problems in the region thanks to his experience and growing wisdom during age. Still most Riverlanders do thank him for leading their country into a more glorious era.
With the years, however, and new upcoming conflicts from outside of the kingdom, Lord Uthor looks worried at the future of his sons and daughters, knowing that his absence from King's Landing over the years and staying on distance to the politics in the capital may end deadly for them in case of an upcoming war. For this reason the old Lord is glad about any help he could get from other Lord Paramounts, seeking for good alliances for the servitude of the family as an honourful lord.

    Ser Edric Tully
    Rank: Heir of Riverrun
Age: born in 174 AL (21 years at game start)
Appearence: Looking more like his father in young years, Edric is a strong, tall man with long, red hair and an already growing beard, covering most of his face. Like his father he looks more grave and serious, though his mood isn't always bad.

Biography: Being the heir of Riverrun, Edric was always a proud child, boasting about his position and showing his younger siblings very early, that he is the strongest of them. Luckily, most of this attitude changed during the years and the young knight calmed down, though he had some moments of aggression. He is known as an excellent sword fighter and also proved his skills in the fight on horse with eighteen years, making his father especially very proud.
Though he is not used to society and conversation at feasts, Edric is in private an aspiring young man, in some areas foolish, but willing to learn from his failures.
Learning a lot from his father in theory in war and how to rule the country, he prepares himself for the day, when he has to rule the Riverlands, knowing that it will be difficult to hold the unity of their lords due to minor conflicts and upcoming dangers, threatening their country. However, he easily overlooks sometimes the needs of his family, believing in honour and showing himself as a cold lord, ruling with an iron fist over the country.

    Daryn Tully, 'The poet'
Rank: Second heir of Riverrun, second son of Lord Uthor
Age: born in 177 AL (18 years at game start)
Appearence: A young Tully with the typical red, long hair and a shaved face. Unlike his older brother Edric he looks more feminine and isn't very muscular due to his lack of training with a weapon. But though he is not tall and has just a thin, fine build, he is still not unattractive.

Biography: Being the second son of Lord Uthor Tully and his wife, Daryn even realized as a child, that he won't achieve the Lordship of Riverrun and would always be in the second row of choice. Daryn was always a weird child, playing more with his bastard sister Darlessa rather than with the rest of his family or other children, even sometimes trying to disguise with her and trade places, which was for a short time successful before the story came some day out and both were punished with beatings.
Furthermore, he also recognized, that he was horrible at fighting and wasn't able to learn it, causing that he soon decided for himself to learn more about other things rather than being beaten by the Master-of-arms every day. At this moment he began to evolve an interest in the old bibliothek of his father and began to learn reading and writing with the help of Riverrun's Maester, causing that Daryn discovered with some help of Darlessa, that he had a talent for writing texts by himself due to his immense imagination skills and creativity.
His father wasn't really pleased when finding out that one of his sons was wasting his time with writing of poems of history, but Uthor had to realize very soon, that there wasn't much hope to convince his son for something else. In his opinion he was also glad that writing activities were a better employment for his son than turning out to be more weird than he actually was at the moment.

In general Daryn knows about his intellectual strengths and began at a older age to have an interest in politics, finances and other gouvernment stuff, getting sometimes still interest in the lord position. However, he still prefers his hobby over fulfilling duties and attract some of the women, living at Riverrun. Some of them still kept his poems under their pillow, though they weren't able to read them and remind themselves of the hot, romantic times they had with him before he decided to break their hearts.

    Jaime Tully, 'The Fish Crow'
Rank: Ranger of the Night's Watch
Age: born in 178 AL (17 years at game start)
Appearence: With a pale look on his face, thin, red, long hair and his tall, slender appearence, Jaime Tully sometimes looks like a corpse and scared more than one time several persons at Riverrun, some members of the family included.
However, he is a polite, young man, who can even keep a secret due to his appearence and the rumors about his past. Though he has also a stern look, he looks more friendly than his father or his brother. His face is cleanly shaved for most of the time and it sometimes seems as if the young man wouldn't grow a beard.

Biography: Unlike his brother Daryn, Jaime wasn't bad at fighting with the sword and even was nearly equal in strength with Edric, when he tried to bullied him, but the youngest Tully brother was even in young years more interested in the art of archery. Due to Daryn's odd decision for quiting the battle training, Uthor was relieved that at least the third son was willing to train himself in the art of war, so he didn't mind the training and even encouraged Jaime to become better and better. Jaime's uncle Gyles hunted with him at several occasions with him in the woods of the Riverlands, improving his archery skills a lot.
However, when Jaime become sixteen years old, he suddenly decided to join the Night's Watch to the surprise of all Tullys.
At first his father was angry at him, even disgusted his third son for a second more than Daryn for such a foolish proposal - however, his attitude changed after a while very quickly, when it became clearly for Uthor for what reasons the boy really wanted to join the Night's Watch. Nobody at Riverrun really knew what happened, even Ser Gyles never heard what both of them discussed in Uthor's private rooms during a whole night. One week later, Jaime joined the Night's Watch recruits on their marsh to the Wall without a single word in the morning, when most of the Tullys, aside from Uthor, Edric and Gyles were still sleeping.
However, Jaime was very glad to let his past behind him and became quickly familiar with some of the Black brothers. Some of them are still creeped out by his pale look and even call him 'Other' apart from nicknames like 'Fish Crow' or, more insulting, 'Fish Bone', but most time Jaime doesn't mind it. He knew that most of the recruits are glad about a good archer, patrolling on the Wall and watching their back during patrols.

Upon his father’s death in 184 AL, Daemon along with three of his father’s other bastards were legitimized by the dying King upon his deathbed and placed directly in the line of succession right behind King Daeron II Targaryen. This move by his father has created tension in the realm as there are many who would prefer that he rule Westeros over King Daeron II. Although so far Daemon has managed to keep the peace with his half-brother, Daemon knows that conflict between the two is near. The relationship between the two is only worsened by Daemon's love for his half-sister Daenerys Targaryen, King Daeron's sister. House Hightower

House Hightower is one of the most ancient noble families in all of Westeros, descending from the First Men who ruled the area that would become the city of Oldtown as petty Kings during the Dawn of Days. When the Andals invaded Westeros, the Hightowers shrewdly allied with the newcomer, keeping their strength and power, becoming the most powerful of the vassal lords that would make up the newly created Kingdom of the Reach. When that Kingdom fell to the hands of invading Targaryens and their mighty Dragons, the Hightowers wisely held their forces back from the fateful battle and surrendered their city without a fight, saving it from destruction.

The members of House Hightower rule over the second largest city in all of Westeros and one of its most powerful and wealthy ports, the city of Oldtown. The Hightowers are one of the wealthiest in all of Westeros, second only to the Lord Paramount of the land of Gold, the Lannisters. Members of this House are known for their loyalty and stalwartness as well as their caution and temperance. The Hightowers are devout worshippers of Faith of the Seven and have built many Great Septs in their city to show their dedication to the Seven Faiths. The Hightowers are the patrons of the great Citadel, home of wise and learned Maesters. The current ruling Lord of House Hightower is Lord Edric Hightower.

Default Re: House and Character sign-up

House Lefford of the Golden Tooth

Lord Harmund Lefford, Lord of Goldentooth

Lord Harmund Lefford, Lord of Golden Tooth

Harmund Lefford, Lord of Golden Tooth, Bannerman of House Lannister

Harmund Lefford was never a great swordsman: even as a young man his skills lay with thinking rather than in his sword arm. While the other young noblemen sparred with swords and impressed the ladies with feats of skill, Harmund would read books. Books of strategy, commerce, politics, fiction, family history: if it was written down he would read it. The result was a man who was far more terrifying when in charge of soldiers than when amongst them, a man far more skilled at administrating than at sword fighting, and a man far more educated than most. His mind, not his sword arm, is the most dangerous part of this man. As Lord of Golden Tooth, he keeps the precious gold mines running and maintains his Estate with care, always ensuring that no enemy of the Westerlands passes along his roads unopposed.

    Age: 54
Rank: Head of House Lefford, Lord of Golden Tooth
    Total Trait Points: 18

Military Mind (Field Battles +5, Sieges +4): Harmund has a keen understanding of the military sciences and is a capable commander of troops in any engagement.
Administrator (Income +3 [5%]): Harmund takes a personal interest in ensuring the local gold mines run efficiently, and uses his education to both improve efficiency or to seek out those who can.
Cautious (Survival +5): Harmund is no warrior and he knows it. While some would call him a coward, Harmund is not foolhardy with his life.
Forager (Pillage +1[2.5%]): Harmund knows how to live off the land while on the march.

    Ser Raymar Lefford

    Raymar Lefford

Raymar Lefford, Heir of Golden Tooth

Raymar Lefford is quite the opposite of his father: much more interested in fighting in a battle than controlling it from afar. Like many young noblemen, he takes great pride in being a skilled swordsman and spends a lot of time practicing his skill-at-arms. Often rash in action, he believes in tackling problems head on and carrying the day through superior bravery and mettle than in devising complex strategies over a map table.

    Age: 36
    Rank: Heir to Golden Tooth
    Marital Status: Married
    Total Trait Points: 13

Swordsman (+8 Duels [+3 traits, +5 kit]): Raymar spends a lot of time sparring with friends and trainers, and has acquired some skill with a sword as a result.
Agile (+3 Survival): Spending a lot of time sparring makes one as good at dodging sword blows as in dealing them. Raymar is quick on his feet and is able to dodge attacks aimed at him.
Military Mind (+3 Field battles, +3 Siege battles): Raymar has an understanding of battle tactics and leadership.
Admiral of the Whispers (+1 Sea battles): Raymar was appointed Admiral of the Whispers by Baelor Targaryen and, as such, received some tutoring in naval warfare.
Popular (+1 Loyalty, trait awarded for RP): Raymar is a popular figure among the men he leads, providing him with a loyal following.

Equipment: Full Armour, +10hp, +2 Duel
    Equipment: Castle-Forged Sword, +3 Duel

    Auxes attached to Raymar:
Wife: Lady Alyce of Sarsfield (Age 34, 2 years Raymar's junior)
Son: Donnel Lefford (Age 17, born to Raymar at age 19)
----- Wed to Rhaenys Targaryen, daughter of Aurelia Lannister and Baelor Targaryen. 8 years Donnel's junior
Son: Ryon Lefford (Age 16, born to Raymar at age 20)

    Major Auxes - Goldcloaks

    Ser Myles Pendric

A longtime friend of Raymar's, Myles is a cruel man and the third son of one of the Lefford vassal houses. As a child he would break the wings of birds before throwing them to cats, push children out of trees, and so on. As an adult, this only worsened, with heavy partaking of drink and whores, regularly beating them, he was even accused of rape and was saved from the noose when the girl refused to testify against him, probably through threats.

He now serves as the Commandant of the Inner Guard, Raymar's core elite in the Goldcloaks, and a band of men who share much of the same brutality and disregard for others as Myles.

    Ser Arnolf of Pendric Hills

Ser Arnolf is the son of one of the lowest ranking knightly families in the Goldentooth vassal tree. Sworn to House Pendric, vassals of the Leffords, Arnolf is a warrior at heart. During the Blackfyre rebellion, he was granted a commission in the Goldcloaks for betraying one of Blackfyre's minor agents in the Capital, as part of a plan long since forgotten.

He now serves as Captain of the First Company of the Inner Guard. Like Raymar and Myles, he is a hard man who prefers stabbing a man for wrongdoing over dragging him to jail, doing paperwork, and prosecuting him to the letter of the law. It is this quality, plus the loyalty he has from being one of Goldentooth's own, that earned him the post of Captain of the prestigious First Company.

    Ser Godric Lefford

    Godric Lefford

Godric Lefford, son of Harmund Lefford

Godric Lefford is the second son of Harmund Lefford, 3 years younger than Raymar. Like Raymar he is more fond of fighting in battles than directing them, and as the second son he is left more to his own devices: Raymar is expected to rise to the rank of Lord of Golden Tooth and is treated as such, Godric is not. He enjoys travel, and can often appear in unlikely places in the world as a result.

    Age: 33
    Rank: Son of Harmund Lefford
    Trait Points: 10

Swordsman (+3 Duels): Godric spends a lot of time sparring with friends and trainers, and has acquired some skill with a sword as a result.
Agile (+2 Survival): Spending a lot of time sparring makes one as good at dodging sword blows as in dealing them. Godric is quick on his feet and is able to dodge attacks aimed at him.
Quick with a knife (+2 Assassination): Godric's speed with a knife makes him a half-decent assassin.
Educated (+3 Field Battle): Godric understands commanding a force in the field.
Governor of Lannisport (+1 Income): Godric has learned the ways of working with coin from his tenure as Governor of Lannisport.

    Ser Ulfric of Sarsfield

    Ser Ulfric of Sarsfield

Ulfric is a seasoned man-at-arms and a long-time soldier in the pay of House Lefford. A trusted Lieutenant of Lord Lefford, he often acts as a bodyguard or taskmaster for his Lord, ensuring things happen when Harmund wants them to happen and things don't happen when Harmund doesn't want them to happen. He is a skilled swordsman and ruthless man: his one virtue in life is loyalty to his leige lord. Rarely seen apart from Lord Lefford, and it is a safe bet that when he's apart from his Lord it is because his Lord has sent him on a task.

    Age: 51
    Rank: Sworn Sword
    Total Trait Points: 18

Swordsman (+10 duels [+5 traits, +5 kit]): A capable man-at-arms, Ulfric is skilled with a sword and confident in battle. He is often found at the side of Lord Harmund, commanding his retinue.
Veteran (+5 survival): Ulfric has too many scars to count and has killed too many men to remember. He is able to hold his own even in the chaos of battle.
Cunning (+2 escape): Capture is a part of war, and Ulfric has seen every part of war. Escape is also a part of war: a very important part. Captured soldiers can't keep killing their enemies.
Vigilant (+2 counterspy): Ulfric is ever watchful for potential threats, making him a skilled counter-spy.
Experienced (+4 field battles): As a seasoned warfighter, Ulfric knows how to command men in battle.

    House Glover of Deepwood Motte

    Master Galbart Glover

Lord Glover is a stereotypical example of Northern nobility: hardy, less concerned with proper observance of rank and title, loyal to his liege and distrustful of the south. More of a warrior than a scholar, Galbart's skills lie in wielding a sword and commanding men on the field of battle. As the Lord of Deepwood Motte, he's well accustomed to the forests and can fight far more ably in their confines than most other men on the continent. Since his wife died giving birth to his only son, he has not remarried and has darkened in character. He often remains at Deepwood Motte due to his advancing years.

    Bayard Glover

The only legitimate child of Lord Glover, the mother dying in childbirth, Bayard is handsome and strong, brought up a true member of the warrior nobility. As his father's age advanced, Bayard took up much of the command duties of the House, leading men to fight bandits in the Wolfswood and on campaigns when Winterfell called the banners. He married late in life, at age 20, to a daughter of Lord Ryswell.

    The House of Targaryen
    The Red Dragon

The King of the Seven Kingdoms, Daeron II

    Daeron II Targaryen
    King on the Iron Throne
    Born 143 A.L., 52 years old in 195 A.L.

Daeron II was born the eldest son and heir to Aegon IV and his sister and wife, Naerys. After the failed Conquest of Dorne, King Baelor the Blessed, arranged the marriage of his cousin Prince Daeron to Princess Myriah Martell of Dorne as part of a dual marriage pact between the two kingdoms. He also officiated at the wedding ceremony.
Princess Myriah brought many of her native manners and customs with her, and many noble Dornishmen and women flocked to his court, all serving to give life in the Red Keep a foreign flavor, and alienating many of Daeron's nobles and courtiers. In 170AL they had their first son, whom they named Baelor in Baelor the Blessed's honor. Three other sons and at least one daughter followed.
Daeron founded a new castle at Summerhall, in the Dornish Marches, roughly where Dorne, the Reach, and the Stormlands come together.
Late in Aegon IV's reign, it was whispered that his father had come to believe that Daeron was not his son, but the product of an illegitimate union between his wife and their other brother, Aemon, and was planning to disinherit Daeron in favour of Daemon. Daeron assended to the throne, following Aegon IV suddenly illness and death.

Daeron was past his forties when he ascended to the Iron Throne. He negotiated the marriage of his much younger sister Daenerys to Prince Maron Martell, the ruling Prince of Dorne.
Thereby Daeron joined Dorne to the Seven Kingdoms, finally uniting all of Westeros south of the wall, two hundred years after Aegon the conqueror first envisioned it.

Daeron has a kind thoughtful face, and is round-shouldered, with thin legs and a small pot belly. His face has a certain quiet strength, and his eyes are clear and full of resolve.
He wears his father's elaborate dragon Crown, and on his coinage, he is depicted as clean-shaven.

    Prince Rhaegel, third son

    Rhaegel Targaryen
    Prince of the Seven Kingdoms
    Born 173 A.L., 22 years of age in 195 A.L.

Born the third son and fourth child of Daeron II by his wife Myriah Martell, he is suspected by family members and courtiers alike to have inherited mild madness from the Targaryen blood, potentially becoming the black sheep of this generation of Royals.
As a child he was indeed sickly, but grew out of it as he reached adolescence.
While the infamous tale of him dancing through the halls was arguably part of an elaborate prank he staged alongside his sister Aelinor and brother Maekar, he is still prone to.. a charming yet possibly diluted and unconquerable temperament. Wild and potentially wrathful, Rhaegel is by all rights still on the fence.
He has been known to be just as charming as his brothers, however, and their mother the Queen worries over Rhaegel more than she does for the others.

He doesn't stand out among his brothers physically, though he does look like his long-deceased great uncle, Aemon 'the Dragonknight', with straight shoulders, mournful eyes, an effeminate and handsome face, and a very thin body.

The Laughing Prince, as a song about insanity has dubbed him, is not a great fighter, but is definitely the quicker of his brothers in a duel or fight, hard to hit with his nimble movement.

"Will probably bite the dust after fighting naked against a handful of Braavosi Bravo's on top of a roof for sleeping with one of those whore-queens, long after having been exiled from the Seven Kingdoms for rude conduct of some sort." - the nursemaids of the Red Keep.

    Daenerys Targaryen

    Daenerys Targaryen
Princess of the Seven Kingdoms, Princess Consort of Dorne
    Born 173 A.L., 22 years of age in 195 A.L.

Born well after her brother Daeron, even after he had even his first son Baelor, late in her mother's life, Daenerys is the only legitimate-born daughter of Aegon IV and the sister of Daeron II.
She harbors motherly features unlike her mother and a healthy build inherited from her father. She is well endowed, her skin an ethereal pale, and her lips a subtle, pouting red.

Daenerys and Daemon 'Blackfyre' have a prolonged attraction to each other, now known and rumored about in the courts of Westeros.
Now betrothed to the Prince of Dorne to seal off the talks of bringing the Martells into the arms of the Iron Throne, tension may boil between her lover and her brother.

    Andry Brune, Rhaegel's Squire

    Andry Brune
    Squire of Rhaegel Targaryen
    Born 183 A.L., 12 years of age in 195 A.L.

A young boy of House Brune from Crackclaw, he was given to the Laughing Prince as his squire not long before the Tourney of Harrenhal.
He is mostly quiet, afraid of gaining his master's ire.

    House Manderly of White Harbour

    History
HOUSE MANDERLY is an ancient noble house from the North and traces back its roots to the Reach. A thousand years prior to the Conquest, the Manderlys lived by the banks of the mighty Mander River, but they were expelled by House Gardener, the then Kings of the Reach. They fled north and were welcomed by the Starks of Winterfell as their own bannermen. The founder of the northern branch, Marlon the Green, drove pirates out of the mouth of the White Knife, with the help of Jon Stark, King in the North, and was thus rewarded the Wolf's Den for his services. Around the modest keep, the city of White Harbour was born, under the protection of the Manderlys. To this date, they still keep to the Seven Gods, a heritage from their southron past. Indeed, it is often argued by the maesters of the Citadel that Jon Stark gave one of the most fertile and well positioned lands in the North to Marlon Manderly precisely due to him being a former reachlord. In addition to creating a loyal ally, the lords of Manderly would never be able to challenge the rule of the Kings of Winter. Despite being their most powerful bannermen, the cultural differences were far too great for they to seek another overlord or, worse, Winterfell itself.

White Harbour is the only city of the North and, as such, a major outpost of commerce, navigation and cultural exchanges, sitting at the crossroads between South and North. The city is often visited by travellers who prefer to challenge the seas instead of facing the quasi-inhospitable Neck and its crannogmen and wildlife.

House Manderly's sigil is a white merman of green hair, beard and tail, carrying a black trident, in a blue-green background. Their words are "The North Remembers", often cited to be an attempt of identifying themselves as Northmen, while also not denying their southron roots and reminding themselves of their loyalty to the Starks.

    Main Characters

    Lord Helman

    Age: 40
Titles: Lord of White Harbour, Knight
    Rank: Lord's Bannerman (High Lord)
Marital Status: Married to Lady Eddara Hornwood
    Heir: Ser Willam Manderly
    Children: 6

HELMAN MANDERLY is the current Lord of White Harbour and head of House Manderly. A man of forty years, he was born to Lord Benfred Manderly and Lady Alysanne, of House Flint of Widow's Watch. He is a tall man of strong build, although not particularly handsome. His beard is kept short and his dark hair falls to his shoulder, but some grey is already coming out, which makes him look older than he is. Lord Helman is utterly loyal to the Starks and mindful of his duties as bannerman. He is a kind and patient man, but also proud and honourable, which some might consider to be a weakness. Despite the cultural differences, he acknowledges his house's power as one of the strongest of the North and behaves accordingly. A serious man, he is not prone to little jokes and japes.

Lord Helman became the Lord of White Harbour at the early age of six, when his father perished in the Young Dragon's wars. In Dorne, Lord Benfred had struck a friendship with Lord Hornwood, who he considered to be his brother-in-arms. His will, brought home by his retainers, commanded Helman to be fostered at Hornwood, much to the dismay of his mother. Lady Alysanne acted as regent while Lord Helman was underage from the beginning, despite being heavily pregnant by the time the news of her husband's death had reached White Harbour. Thus, Lord Helman was fostered with the Hornwoods from ages six to fifteen.

At Hornwood, he did not pick up only his skills in arms and governance, but also a true dual education. House Hornwood is your traditional northern house; First Men, they follow the Old Gods and keep to their traditions. Lord Hornwood managed to pass on some of his values to his ward. Indeed, Lord Helman worships both the Old Gods and the New and had a godswood grown at White Harbour for his tenth nameday, the heart tree being a young weirwood. In addition to this, Lord Helman also picked up some First Men traditions dating back to the Old Ways, including carrying out the death penalty personally. Many took these actions as the denial of his Andal heritage. It did not help either that, when asked, Lord Helman described the Manderlys as former southrons, not Andals, stating that, by this point, he had more First Men blood than Andal one in his veins.

His fondness of the Old Ways caused trouble back at home - the Manderlys had always been staunch protectors of the Faith and the Sept of Snow was the only strong bulwark of the Seven north of the Neck. Septon Marwyn stirred up the peasants in favour of Lord Helman's younger brother, Dorren, and it almost came to an uprising, up until Lord Helman personally returned from Hornwood and, at the age of thirteen, formally discharged Marwyn of his duties as the Snow Septon and sent him back to Oldtown, an unprecedented move. In order to legitimize his actions, Lord Helman cited that it was his duty as "Defender of the Dispossessed" to protect the smallfolk against Septon Marwyn's apparent madness and also as "Shield of the Faith", as Marwyn's descent into madness and lust for power had desecrated the Seven and harmed the true mission of the Snow Septon, namely to bring the New Gods to the North. While his argumentation was shaky at best, he was able to convince the then High Septon, a former simple-minded and illiterate stonecrafter raised by Baelor the Blessed, who believed he was the incarnation of the Smith. Lord Helman then proceeded to appoint his cousin, Tommen Manderly, as the new Snow Septon. This victory at the game of thrones had a cost, though, namely the eternal hatred of the Faith, which would prove to be a nasty thing to have.

Lord Helman came of age in 171 AL, the year of King Baelor's death, and promptly assumed his full duties as a feudal lord. Within a fortnight of his nameday he married his betrothed, Lady Eddara Hornwood, who had flowered just three months previously. The marriage was concluded and consummated earlier than Lord Helman had deemed ideal, but the wedding was a necessity. The ceremony was held at the Sept of Snow and Lord and Lady Manderly were bound together in the light of the Seven for all eternity and he avoided going into the godswood for the next year, in which Lady Eddara followed. Despite the political concerns around their wedding at first, the couple enjoys a happy marriage. Lady Eddara proved to be fertile enough. Two years into the marriage she birthed a healthy boy and heir to White Harbour, Daryn, who would however die four years later. Eight children followed him, of whom two died at an early age.

In 184 AL, Lord Helman and his brothers had their first taste of battle, when the King-Beyond-the-Wall invaded the North and Lord Willam Stark called his banners. White Harbour answered his summons and Lord Helman was given the command of the Stark rearguard, while Ser Dorren fought in the vanguard. When Lord Stark died at the Battle of Long Lake, Lord Helman quickly regrouped his men and was the first to proclaim Artos Stark as the new Lord of Winterfell. Lord Helman and Ser Dorren led the Manderly levies in a maddening charge against Rymun Redbeard's forces and helped Artos to push him back, while the Drunken Giant of Umber arrived descending the Kingsroad and crushed the wildling king.

The young Helman Manderly is now an ageing man of forty years. He is well liked by the people of White Harbour, though not loved, and seen in good light in the North, more so than his ancestors. In the South, some mock him as "Lord First Merman", an obvious joke regarding his house and his new so-called allegiance to the North. He is an average warrior and has done some scholarly work before, but he is truly gifted in the arts of stewardship. White Harbour has grown under his protection, and so has the power of House Manderly. Lord Helman watches carefully the situation in King's Landing. He has no particular opinion on King Daeron II, although he does think of him better than his father Aegon IV. The Great Bastards are all a mystery to him. Of course, Lord Helman has heard about Daemon Waters, who styles himself "Daemon Blackfyre", Aegon the Unworthy's preferred heir, the outcast Bloodraven and the beautiful Shiera Seastar. Nevertheless, he knows he will be involved in any future conflict between the half-brothers. After all, he is Lord Manderly of White Harbour. One thing is clear, though: the Starks welcomed Ser Marlon Manderly in his time of need, a debt which cannot be repaid. The fog of war might cloud the vision in King's Landing, but the winds of winter have yet to rise in the North.

    Heir: Lord Helman Manderly
    Children: 0

WILLAM MANDERLY is the third child and second son of Lord Helman Manderly and Lady Eddara Hornwood and their eldest surviving child, thus being the heir to House Manderly's lands, titles and incomes. Ser Willam takes after his father in body; a tall and strong man and dark hair falling down to his shoulders, with brown eyes. He is, though, more handsome than his father was at his age, having inherited some key features from Lady Eddara. He is courteous and honourable and received the same education as his father did, worshipping both the Old Gods and the New and adopting some First Men traditions. Unlike his father, though, he prefers to spend his time training in the yard or hunting with his highborn companions than reading books and revising the stewards' accounts.

As a child, he was always considered the heir. His older brother, Daryn, died only two months after Willam's birth and Will always had strong health, even enduring the harsh winter he was born in. As a boy, he was fostered first at Widow's Watch from ages seven to nine, until his grandmother Alysanne Flint passed away. Lord Helman decided it would do no good to send him back there and decided to keep him in White Harbour, under his and Maester Robin's care. Wards from the bannermen were invited and Willam was soon joined by his companions in the training yard: among them Donnel Locke, heir to Oldcastle, Ronnel Waterman of Whitford and Rodrik Greatheart, son of the legendary Ser Rodwell the Greatheart, master-at-arms of White Harbour and Lord Benfred's sworn shield who cut down Dornish knights and lords in the Young Dragon's invasion. Willam was quick to develop his martial skills, sooner than the other children. He squired for Lord Locke and was finally knighted at age sixteen, when he won the melee for squires at a tourney in the Vale.

As of now, Ser Willam is deemed a worthy heir to White Harbour and is unmarried. His father looks for potential marriages among northern houses and valelords, although other offers would not be outright rejected. Ser Willam's greatest desire is to get hold of an own Valyrian steel sword and had even begun to organize an expedition to the lost empire when Lord Helman cut it short.

    Ser Robar

    Age: 33
    Titles: Knight
    Rank: Sworn Sword
    Marital Status: Single
    Heir: Lord Helman Manderly
    Children: 1

ROBAR MANDERLY is the third (and posthumous) son of Lord Benfred Manderly and Lady Alysanne Flint, born two months after his father's death. Unlike his lordly brother, Ser Robar is not particularly tall or naturally strong. He inherited his mother's brown hair and grey eyes and has a pretty face. The young Robar was always quite the outcast; born without a father and too late to play with his brothers. While Helman was being fostered at Hornwood and Dorren squired in the Vale, Robar was left alone in White Harbour with a constantly busy and tired lady mother and the frightening master-at-arms, Ser Rodwell, who soon became little Robar's father figure. His feelings were just reinforced when Septon Marwyn proclaimed Dorren as the rightful Lord of White Harbour in rebellion against Lord Helman, even though Dorren was at the Vale and he was at White Harbour. In his mind, he had no place in the family and made plans to join the Night's Watch, a decision which was encouraged by Lord Helman, who wanted to show Westeros that the Manderlys were true Northmen. And so Ser Robar packed his belongings and set out for the Wall.

However, his journey was interrupted by the sudden end of autumn. When he was sailing north to Eastwatch-by-the-Sea, a winter storm caught his ship and the crew unaware and sunk them off the coast of Skagos. The men were deemed dead and Lord Willam and Ser Dorren mourned their brother back at home. The gods, though, work in strange ways and, two year later, with winter's end, Ser Robar arrived at Eastwatch, but merely as a guest, for he had a baby bundled in his arms. Robb, he had called him, Robb Snow, soon dubbed the Bastard of Skagos. He refused to abandon his son to the people of Mole's Town and returned to White Harbour, much to his family's joy and, admittedly, shock.

Once back at home, Ser Robar returned to train under Ser Rodwell's watchful eye and tried to excel at swordsmanship. He did so and became a renown tourney knight, the best the North had to offer. Aged 25, Lord Helman appointed him as the commander of the White Watch and named him his Captain of Guards. Ser Robar's attempts to have Robb legitimized failed twice; the High Septon still remembered the controversy with Septon Marwyn back in 168 AL.

Nowadays, Ser Robar resumes his duties as Captain of Guards and keeps his son close to him. He is eager for more, though, and he has heard of the coming Grand Tourney of Harrenhal. The winner would not only get Lady Danelle's hand in marriage, but also the great castle of Harrenhal for himself and his line. This is the opportunity Robar has been waiting for. In the North, he had already reached the appex of his life, not even the Wolf's Den would be his in the future. In the South, Harrenhal loomed like the big castle it was, calling for him.

For many an unexpected candidate as the new Lord of Castamere, Wallace Reyne was the youngest son of the former lord. When the lord died, many thought it natural that the eldest son, Gerald, would take his father's place. But the lord proclaimed, with his last breath, Wallace as the new head of the house. Enraged, Gerald challenged his younger brother to a Trial by Combat. The two men fought for hours, but the younger brother stood victorious. Now he has ruled for several years, years of prosper and wealth for his house, forever loyal to the Lannisters, although the golden lions shouldn't feel safe when visiting his castle.

    House Arryn
House Arryn of the Eyrie is one of the eldest and purest Andal Houses in all of Westeros. The House of Ser Artys Arryn, the brave Andal knight who conquered the impregnable Eyrie, and made the Vale that laid at the foot of the mountain his. Thousands of years have passed, years in which the Arryns were kings, until the Targaryens set their sight on Westeros. The Arryns were quick to accept the Dragon's rule, as the Dragon was just as majestic a beast as the Falcon.

Now, tensions rise in the realm of Westeros... And the Vale prepares for it. At the head of the family stands Lord Paramount Garrett Arryn, the unshakable and honorable Protector of the Eyrie. At his right hand sits his brother Artys, the Champion of the Vale. Many claim that he is as good a fighter as the first Artys Arryn. Garrett's heir is his son of 16, named Marq, and Artys's is his daughter of 14. Her name is Alyssa.

    House Rowan of Goldengrove

    H
ouse Rowan is one of the oldest houses of the Reach, ruling thick forests and fertile plains from their fortress at Goldengrove castle. They currently rule over most of the Northern limits of the Reach, sharing a border with the territories of the Swyfts and Serretts, bannermen of the Lannister. Being rulers of such a large territory, their domains contain several smaller castles, occupied by knightly houses sworn to them, such as the Osgreys and the Webbers.

    D
espite it's proximity to the Westerlands, and it's name, Goldengrove gets its name from the oaks of the region, that during the late summer and most of autumn make the forests appear to have gilted leaves. As their land is crossed by the Whitemander, a tributary of the Mander, the land is extremely fertile, and planted often by a whide viriety of fruits, including appricots and peaches, pears, blood oranges, lemons and several types of berries. Equaly, the edge of the river is often planted with weath and barley, making it a very prosperous region for agriculture.

She is her husband's best advisor and counselor, and is often found whispering into his ear when the situation requires it. Aerys Targaryen

Prince of the Iron Throne, second son of Daeron the Good.
Aerys was born in 171 AL to Daeron II and Myriah Martell. Unlike his older brother, he has the traditional valyrian features such as purple eyes and silver hair. Whilst Baelor took after his mother in appearance and character, Aerys took after his father, copying his bookish nature and lack of martial ability. Aerys grew up to be a weak-willed and nervous man. He worships his older brother and idolizes him as if he was Aegon reborn. He is considered quite square.

    Orys Stormborn

    "Battles are won with wits"

Orys is a young bastard born of the Targaryen king and a Stormlands lady. He was legitimized along with his Blackfyre brother, and stands by his brother Daemon's side. He is tall, but not muscular, handsome, but not breathtaking. He has a talent to command, albeit from the back of an army. His biggest fear is to get a stain on his clothes, or so he lets people believe. In truth, Orys is a dangerous enemy who knows his own strengths and weaknesses.

    Field battles +2

    House Lannister- HEAR ME ROAR

    House History
House History- The Lannisters have been a house of power and wealth since the days before the Targaryen landing. Serving as Kings of the Westerlands the Lannisters have been known to be a swift judging house, yet not overly unkind or just. Recently the Lord Tyne Lannister has passed, leaving the house under the hands of his oldest son Tytos. (More history is still a WIP)

    Family Tree
Family Tree- {Tyne Lannister} w/ Deserai Lannister (Brax)
    ==Tytos; Tybolt; Tywin; Andros

    Tytos Lannister w/ Abelina Lannister
    ==Titus; Tyrion; Andrea
    Tybolt Lannister w/ UNK
    == Jessibelle Hill,
Andros Lannister w/ Leslie Lannister (Crakehall)
    == Antony; Damion

    Main Characters
Tytos Lannister, 39, Lord of The Rock

Tytos (39) is the oldest of the Lannister brothers and Lord of Casterly Rock and the Protector of the West. He is a serious man that rules with a harsh sense of justice yet is generous when needed and warranted. He has been known to dote on his daughter, the prime reason she is not yet married. He loves his family regarding his brothers in the highest place, using them for counsel when needed. His vassals and bannermen have almost all been given cause to respect and love, yet fear his judgment if need be. He has ran the West well, bringing it to flourish in ways it hadn't for decades. He is a man 6'0 tall with golden blond hair. Fighting against raiders and bandits has made him a daunting figure, with a very strong muscular frame.

    Main Characters
    Tybolt Lannister, 28

Tybolt (28) is the youngest of the four Lannister brothers. He is only several years older than Tytos' oldest son Titus. The young Lannister is the more handsome one of his brothers and is well aware of it. Barring that fact however, Tybolt has always made it a point to practice his swordplay with Tytos and his sailing with Tywin. He even spent time with a mercenary company honing his skills on the field of battle under the name Brightroar. He is a powerful man with a softer sense of justice than his brother. He is afforded the liberty of being jovial more often than his brothers and uses it to remind people that his family may be a lot of things, but human is still one of them. Standing at 5'10 he maintains a strong countenance.

    Andros Lannister, 34

Andros is the third of the Lannister children. He most resembles his namesake Andros Brax, and that led to some animosity from his father. His brothers however never made him feel an outsider, instead they convinced Tyne to make him Lord of Lannisport. There he helped make Lannisport grow in size and popularity, thus turning more profit. Andros has the Golden Lannister hair, with brown eyes but stands at 5'11 and is of a plushier build than his brothers. Andros is a shrewd man but tends to over think matters. He is often the soft voice of reason with his older brothers.

    Tywin Lannister, 38

Tywin is the second son of Tyne. Tywin stands at 6'0 and is quite imposing to behold. Tywin has a quick temper and has spent the majority of his life aiding his brothers and their business. Tywin has a mind for war and has spent the last several years sailing in his fathers fleet. He and his brother Tytos are close in age and closer in confidence.

    Titus Lannister, 19

Titus is the first born of Tytos. The strapping Young Lion has the best of his uncle Tybolts looks and athleticism while also inheriting his fathers stature, intelligence, and strength. He is all that could possibly asked in an heir, except humble. Often fool hardy, arrogant and with a loose tongue, his best of attributes seem wasted on one such as himself. His father attributes his rougher points to the trappings of royalty, with lack of responsibility. Standing at 6'0 his green eyes are flecked with gold.

    Damion Lannister, 19
Damion is the first son of Andros. Damion Lannister has grown up by his cousin Titus side. Though where Titus is fool hardy and arrogant, Damion is careful and cautious. Damion has always been the caution in Titus ears, he has been the buffer between Tygets sleights and recklessness. Damion is thinner than many of his relatives but quicker than thought of when other gaze upon him. With Crakehall blood on hismothers side, he stands at 6'4 and has green eyes with no golden flakes and still the Lannister Golden hair.

    Andrea Lannister, 18

With beautiful golden blond elegance she spent her whole childhood dreaming of a marriage that she would live happily ever after in. As she got older and the ways of the world became more apparent, she began to realize what her life was more like to turn out. In turn she has learned the ways of politics and how to talk to the people that others do not pay attention to.

    [CONTENTBOX="Holdings"]
    Casterly Rock
Casterly Rock is a fortress, overlooking the harbor of Lannisport and the Sunset Sea. It is the seat of House Lannister.
The fortress is carved out of a great stone hill and its natural defenses are further enhanced with walls and other structures, In fact, the Rock has never fallen. Legends say Casterly Rock is named for the family that ruled it in the Age of Heroes, the Casterlys, who no longer exist. The Lannisters trace their rule over it back to the Lann the Clever who tricked the Casterlys out of their castle and claimed it for his own.
Three key rooms within the Rock are the Golden Gallery, the Lion's Mouth and the Hall of Heroes, where the Lannisters and their close kin who have died valiant might be interred. From below the Rock thunder can be heard, where the sea comes in. There is a place called the Stone Garden within the castle

    [CONTENTBOX="Aux Characters"]
    The Nine
The Nine- Nine of the Westerlands Finest knights, younger or youngest son's all with something to prove, Serve the west unto their lives are over.
    Ser Jayson Drox, 43
Jayson Drox- Number 1, height 6'2, Black hair, Black beard
Jayson Drox is the oldest of the knights, he is a massive man yet quiet and unassuming. He is very good at following his directives and taking lives. Following his Lords orders is his lifes honor and he will accomplish his missions or die in the trying.

    Ser Alester Banefort, 40
Alester Banefort- Number 2, height 5'11, Brown hair, clean shaven.
Alester Banefort belongs to a cadet branch of the Banefort family. He is a good man, kind at heart and dislikes bloodshed. Unfortunately for him, the gods blessed him with the uncanny ability for bloodshed. He is soft-spoken but deadly. His manner of speech allows for people to underestimate him, but his quick hands have never allowed a man to out-draw him. Partially because his intelligence prevents him from picking ill-matchups

    Ser Steffon Stackspear, 40
Steffon Stackspear- Number 3, height 6'0, Red hair, neatly groomed
Steffon Stackspear wields his spear with uncanny skill. he maintains two daggers in the case of disarmament, but uses them seldom. He has been fighting since a young age and so he is littered with scars, however his face remains intact, with a large scar from the corner of his jawbone to his temple. He does not have a hot-temper, but loves a challenge. He has learned over the years it is not worth the wrath of his Lord, to let it impair his service.

    Ser Merrick Farman, 39
Merrick Farman- Number 4, height 5'9, Dark Brown hair, unkept beard.
A Ser on land and an Admiral in the water, Merrick Farman is the Pride of the Western Fleet. He is very good at the helm and a great captain on the water. His voice is deep and boisterous and he is not as tall as some, but his strong build coming from working on a ship for many years shows he is a powerful man. He is a hearty man, and loves ale when he is allowed drink. He wields a rather large one handed ax and a shield, a fashion he learned from a raider many years ago.

    The Little Lions
    Tyrion Lannister, 15
Tyrion Lannister is already said to be the more Lordly of Tytos' children. he knows how to speak well to all manner of people and does not believe any to be above of below any others. He knows how to maintain his demeanor however, because although it may not be his belief, he knows his role and he knows how to play it. He is not muscular but not skinny either, maintaining an agile yet strong frame. At 5'9 and the blond hair of the Lannisters he is charming and witty, but he does not leave The Rock much

    Antony Lannister, 15
As Damion and Titus have become fast friends, so have Antony and Tyrion. Antony cannot take anything serious, seeing as his father and brother do enough of that for him. He spends time at sword play and knife play often not because he lusts for glory of war, but because he thinks its funny to best someone in a duel. He is witty talented and quite the ladies man. He weakness however is his inability to tell when to shut up, which has caused him many a beating from his father. With the Golden hair and emrald eyes of the Lannisters he stands at 5'6.
