    Just a few questions....

Would be any "dogs of war" in Araby like Al Muktar's desert dogs and others like Pirazzo's lost legion in estalia?

Are famous merecenary generals recruitable by other factions or they are generals of the Dogs of war faction?

    Thx for reply

Producer's daughter: [enters] Hi mister. Thanks for fixing my doll.

    [hugs him]

Larry: Aww, don't worry about it sweetheart.

Producer's daughter: [looks at him, scared, and runs out] Mommy, mommy. The old man's in the bathroom, and he's got something hard in his pants.

Apart from Arabian units, we will have the amazons from the main game in the mod too?
(also some Estalian mercenaries like Alatriste called DIESTROS would be amazing ^^)
and i supose the lizardmen of Lustria will have the aztec towns of the vanilla game right? it fits perfectly
AND LASTLY, BUT NOT LESS IMPORTANT:
    dwarven gyrocopters?

I wish, its in closed beta atm and seems to have its quota of testers so just wait it out.

EDIT: atm a lot of bugfixing/tweaking/development is still ongoing which is why its not a public release.
so if you were to beta test it does need some juicy bug reports made.
unfortunately beta testers seem full at the present so hopefully the devs can open up a few slots eventually.

Who's leading the Vampire Counts, Mannfred or Vlad?

Mannfred, vlad is already dead at the start of the campaign.

Yep, Mannfred. Only people that were alive and active (or at least possibly alive) in 2514 going by the 8th Edition through End Times timeline will show up. Vlad is a badass, so it would be cool to have an event of resurrecting him, Nagash or not, but that isn't included as of yet.

Other Vampires and Vampire associates are still around, like Zacharias The Everliving, Neferata, Walach Harkon, The Red Duke, Dieter Helsnitch, Heinrich Kemmler, Krell, and a few others of note.

Ideally we'll end up with all of them represented in the campaign, along with most big named heroes for all the factions. Unfortunately, some factions have way more special characters than others, and some of them would be difficult to represent properly.

I have a big list of named characters separated by faction that I'm always fiddling with to get a finalized list.

    But are they actual heroes?

Or just normal generals that you need to babysit or they will die from a paper cut?

I think the heroes in total war warhammer look awesome. They are units in themselves!

    Proper heroes!!

3 questions, 1 is grimgor gonna be in the list, if so is he going to have a special unit of black orcs or regular
2 are black orcs gonna get a stat buff because i remember them being very underwhelming in 1.6 from gameplay perspective
3 are all the new interesting factions going to be in multiplayer? because in 1.6 we had 10 empire factions and no skaven or tomb kings haha

lastly thanks for all the hard work put into this epic mod, u iz da best!

Generals with decently high stats and traits, some with special bodyguards. None of them are going to be able to fight a whole army alone. If you want to play something exactly like Total War Warhammer, play Total War Warhammer.

Yes, Grimgor is in, with Da Immortulz as his bodyguard. Black Orcs are going to be tough, especially Grimgor's bodyguard. And yes, it should have everyone in multiplayer.

Sounds good. Make the leader units tiny but with high stats.

That way the general becomes more powerful but his unit is kept in check.

For example 20 man bodyguard with 2 hps each 25 defense and 20 attack is bad.

7 man unit with 1 hp but with area attack and 60 defense and attack will make the general awesome.

(I will play total warhammer for sure when it comes but i also will play your mod! Keep up the good work!)

The best hero unit would be if it was one model (like the steamtank) with a 6 model count (engine limit?)

Thorgrim on his throne for example

It's going to be a first person massive multiplayer online tactical turn based rhythm construction simulator, but other than that, nothing.

We're going for smaller and more elite bodyguards, especially for certain heroes like Grimgor and Settra, but we can only do what works within the existing game engine, while Total War Warhammer gets to design the whole system however they like, so there's a lot of stuff we just can't do with our assets at hand. Perfect heroes is one thing that's not possible, but we'll try to get at least acceptable heroes.
