You are partialy right...The two letters are indeed the Greek Chi (X) Rho (P) but they present a phrase and not one name only.
Christos Rhosimi (GR: Χριστός Ρώσημι) means "Christ protects me" . It was the alternative of the phrace Τούτω Νίκα that means That (means the Cross) Wins that in generic translation is Cross Wins.

I suggested it because I thought it would be cool if the faction emblem looked like it was a mosaic. I was going to suggest the WRE have the white and red Mural (from Sicily I think) of a Labarum.
That's all. I understand the importance of the color purple, and am not suggesting that all the purple in the game be changed. CA only used purple to distinguish between east and west anyways.

Great work, i really like the change of the Saxons in to red. But i think it still needs some adjustment. It would only work if you rework all of the emlems. Compared to the green before it does look to clear. The green before looked a bit better because it looked liked dyed red on wool.

I don't have anything against your choice for the Saxon emblem, but generally speaking, symbols for Germanic peoples in that part of the world were usually predatory animals. Namely Wolves, Bears, Foxes, etc.
Dragons too, but they had an appearance more akin to the Sarmatian-introduced "Draco".
Still, it's already far better than the default Attila emblem.
It is the West Saxon or Wessex symbol, so it is certainly Saxon just not quite this era. Still not a bad choice

Actually i quite like the Geat emblem which is in my opinion the pretties of all the norse factions. A rather see the Franks changed.
