Creating own faction in Total War: Atilla

Hey guys, even though I have been looking for a long time making my own faction and looking at tutorials like this one : http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...n-from-scratch
I still have little clue how to make my own faction.

What I want to do is: Copy and paste a roster from a pre existing faction - Change some of the stats of Units - change faction traits and family tree- start position.

if you have any way to explain it to an idiot then please do.

Anybody any idea? Does not need to be easy....

The Rome II Tutorial does not work - BOB won't process the start_pos.

There are some mods out there that got completely new factions (harakleios for example, 140 factions total according to PFM, vannila got 117). So there must be any way obviously...
