How to curb Chaos Undivided Scripts?

I don't mind armies of Chaos Undivided popping up out of nowhere now and then but the frequency is killing me.

I just destroyed one stack near Carroburg and by the time i replenished my army at Marienburg (which took two turns to arrive at location and 3 turns to retrain whole army) another two stacks appeared near Middenhiem and Deblez(south of capital, forgot how to spell it)

And now those cities are under siege...............is there a way to increase cool time between each stack popping up in the forest with chaos temple inside? (North of Carroburg)
