Relations between Vintil and other galaxy states.

Vintil Federation has friendly relations with many Coalition states and countries. But the first ally of this state is an Arthandir republic. Good relations between these 2 states were even before the republicans revolution in the Arthandir (in the imperial age). Vintil is keeping the way to More Closer with Arthandir. Its also has a special name - The Closer Way. Artandir liberals completely support this kind of politics.
Vintil as Arthandir is not the state of one special race. Its an interracial state with many different species. And its government also consists of many races representatives. But the high government leaders are mostly humans.
After the beginning of the League war, Vintil united with Arthandir much more then earlier. Arthandir and Vintil has special command structures with officers from both states. Also by the order of President Perceval , there was cancelled a special checking system between Arthandir and Federation. So every person from Arthandir can visit Vintil without real passport. It needs only a scan from the galax-phone. Many privileges were done for Vintil banks by the order of Artandir government.
