    Default How to edit the diplomatic standings in an existing mod?

    I would like to this, and to my understanding the Attila Assembly Kit bafflingly won't let you edit an existing mod, so I have to use Pack File Manager(which I hope I am using the latest version), however I am really confused as to what is going on, I found my way to startpos.esf and to stuff like "Diplomacy Manager" but there is nothing there I can understand.
