    Default Flickering buildings on campaign map

    I've noticed there are buildings that flicker and it seems to be because things are built on top of each other (aqueduct and a forum for example) is this a know bug or have I done something wrong?

    Yes it comes from having added building slots in some regions.

    You will notice that it happens in vanilla but less frequently, depending on the terrain location and building type. However, with extra slots that are built in the same spot as other slots (the final 2 slots in non port regions), buildings will often directly overlap and make the flickering worse.
