Hello, welcome to the forum, well I haven't personally played this mod and haven't modded for over 10 yrs, I am not sure if the modder still supports this mod, but to change values you would need to change values in the script with script editor,if you look at this thread...HERE it will show various threads and what tools you need to do that.
