Yeah, on topic, how come we never hear about men mutilating women who cheated on them?

I think it's interesting that losing a limb is way less concerning to me than losing my penis.

Females can be far more cruel and underhanded than males I think. A male might beat up or shoot a cheating wife; a woman could poison a man slowly to death pretending the entire time to be caring for him.
