    Default [Request] Roman civic techs don't disable legacy techs

    Could someone whip up a quick mod to make it so the central civic techs in the Roman tech tree don't disable the legacy techs they start with? If I was more mod-savvy I'd try myself. Researching the central techs will currently disable your only access to sanitation-boosting buildings and more, hardly a good mechanic.
