    Default Playable Britannia

    On a whim, basically, and after making Ireland playable, I decided why not make all of Britannia playable?
    This basically just makes the Picts, Caledonians (called Votadini in the game files) and the Ebdani playable.
    There are no special units, and no family tree. As such....
    DO NOT go into the family tree for ANY reason, your game will quite possibly crash.
    Diplomatic marriages still work, if you want to secure alliances.

    They use mostly Norse, unfortunately.
