Voices and Names of Generals?

Could someone give me a hint where in the tables the voices are applied to a certain general? And are names of generals generated and applied to randomly or can you give special names to special variantmeshvariations of generals? F.E. general 3 gets name y and voice x?

I'd also like to know where does the game store the files with the lists of character and army names. As well as adding some more new names. The Sassanids need new names, after a few turns they get very repetitive and, since they all end up looking the same under the yellow-green cloth, you can't tell who's the loyal friend and who the traitor.

I would like to chance the names a faction uses, and maybe make a custom list of names. Renaming the faction is okay, that's among the localisation pack, but the general names is harder to work out.
