Pack File Manager Error

When I try to open pack file manager for tw attila it comes up as error "Could not load file or assembly 'common.dll' or one of its denpendencies. Access is denied.

Anyone know what to do? However please be very simple about it becuase I am new to all this stuff and am very confused by it all.

reinstall. Sometimes an error has occured and make sure user permissions are turned off.
