    Default Changing settlement type by ai

    Are ai controlled factions ever changing their castles into cities and vice versa? I don't remember I've ever seen it

    I have never seen that happen so I think that the AI. dosen't change a city into a castle or the other way around (I might be wrong)

    AFAIK I don't think the AI can do that.
