    I have encountered a bug in which the game crashes whenever i play a battle either in the campaign, or in custom battle as the Magyar faction as one of the participants.

    At first you couldn't even start a battle with any of their units- this i fixed by puting the unit sprites into the TLK "unit_sprites"-folder! After doing this i could actually play custom battles with Magyar units as long as i used one versus one. All their three units worked separately, but when using all of them together in a single force the game still crashes.

    The log doesn't say much- as it states it would have something to do with "Frank Infantry" or traits, but all other factions work perfectly. And the Maygyars doesn't even have Frank infantry.. The Magyar faction only has three different units of horse archers! This should be a problem when they lay siege in the campaign. They do spawn large stacks at some point in the campaign and do actually conquer some settlements through waiting out the enemy for them to surrender the settlements. I don't know if they use mercenaries in their armies as i didn't play any faction close to them. But the game CTD:s whenever one uses them or are facing them in real time battles.

    My fix solved the one unit versus one unit problem, but the big army problem is still there.. Actually it crashes whenever i use all their three different horse archer-units at the same time..

    The weird thing is that the Frank_Infantry works. The problem must be something else entirely.

    Hi, I'm having an issue in trying to run the BAT file for the Baptized Normans. I'm using Windows 7 64-bit, running the 3.06 full (with the 4.0 unofficial patch) torrented version the mod, on the non-steam Gold edition of Medieval 2. Whenever I try to run the BAT file, I get this pop-up:



    So I trying running the file as admin, and I get this:



    I've tried making a copy of both medieval2.exe and kingdoms.exe in the Last_Kingdom folder, to no avail. The installer worked fine, and I've seen the files they say are missing in the data folders, so I'm not sure what the problem is. After running the Baptized Normans BAT, then running the Executive BAT the Norman generals still having the Pagan models, so it clearly hasn't worked.

    Any help in resolving this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks

    Hey, I'm getting a ctd loading any battles. It says Error 361 (I'm on mac so thats the extent of the interpretable report). Guessing that it was something related to the unit models, I exported some TLK units to another mod and they didn't work there either. Help?

    Seeing the same with the torrent downloaded 3.06 & 4.0 versions for campaign battles and quick battles. It hits when the loading sreen comes up but before any loading gets done. any help/advice much appreciated. MAC OS X 10.10 - full game and kingdoms working fine, only mod is tlk.

    hi I'm blazetheghost, I'm new to this site. I just downloaded the third age total war(3.2) I'm having a problem starting a custom battle. it read unspecified error..i have done my research and noticed this is a common problem.. I have change my daylight saving.. and I have removed (descr_geography).I have window 10 with the kingdom cd.. I do not use steam...can some one pleas help me, this game look to be amazing..

    I have this great mod installed in two different computers, both versions are the same, but when I try to click on the match to join its name is in red and it says "Not compatible game data".


    Does Someone got the same issue?

    Yes, the versión of the core game is correcto. Evenmore, i can play lan battles without problema inany of the expansiones.
    There s another issue with the tlk campaign: yesterday i was playing in hotseat model, but today i loaded the last save but the game crashed.
    Tried another save of the campaign, again, crashed.
    This mod looks great anyway, but i couldnt play it because of this annoying Bugs.
    Being unable to play on lan is not that serious, being unable to ñoad a campaigns with just two hours of play time is worse
    Hope somebody figures out whats wrong.

    You will need a trace (detailed) log: open the mod's CFG file with Notepad and change this entry from error to trace:
    Code:

    to = logs/M2TW.system.log.txt
    level = * trace
    The log will be much bigger - please compress it (7Zip is freeware) and then upload it somewhere and provide the link.
