    Kingdom of Jerusalem
Hey there everyone, I like this mod, it's so freaking awesome! Just had a campaign as Lakhmids, it was very interesting, may I offer some ideas, if we are talking about Arabia and Sassies?

And so, my can already report on the continuation of the work on Chapter 3, or rather what it will consist of and what innovations it will bring to Judex-Rex.
The structure of the line of the entire Roman cavalry - has become fully defined. It is based on the study of all equestrian units recorded in the Notitia, taking into account the game's specifics, and its capabilities.
In this connection, we have two news, good and bad!
    Let's start with the bad.
Chapter 3 - add horse units of Limitanei and Comitatensis.
Approximate number of units of these groups: limitanei - 19, comitatensis - 16.
The Palatine cavalry and Schola in it will not be! This is due to the national identity of these units. Most of them consisted of barbarian kingdoms and tribes. And since we are planning to work on barbaric auxilia only in Chapter 4, the equestrian parts of the Palatine and the parts Schola will be moved to the next chapter.
    Good news!
As the work plan is reduced - accordingly, the release of Chapter 3 will take place much earlier!

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
Ready AOR (Area Of Recruitment) for the mod, obtained on the basis of full investigation late-ancient document
    Notitia Dignitatum.
The mod will be their 40: 26 pieces for the Roman "federates" and 14 for all the factions that will capture this area and will be able to hire local special units.
    ----
    Recruitment, military buildings
Most units have a limit hiring! Without limiting only some "basic" units.
Most units Milites (Militia) 0 level - are recruited in all cities with level 1.

    Milites superventores
    Milites praeventores

    Military Upgrades\Armourer
    Milites armigeri

    Military Upgrades\Carpenter
    Milites balistarii

The remaining units are employed in two types of buildings:
    1. Military building - recruited groups of units: Basic, AOR
Castra stativa - camp where the army spent more than one night
    ---
    Castrum Limitanei Legio
    Castrum Comitatensis Legio
    Castrum Palatina Legio
    ---
    Castrum Limitanei Vexillatio
    Castrum Comitatensis Vexillatio
    Castrum Palatina Vexillatio
    ---
    Castrum Limitanei Auxilium
    Castrum Comitatensis Auxilium
    Castrum Comitatensis Auxilium
(Castrum - common in ancient times type of Roman military settlement)

    2. Administration - recruited groups of units: Nominal (Only the capital!)
    Governor House - Limitanei
    Governor Estate - Comitatensis
    Governor Palace - Palatina
    Royal Court\Imperial Palace - Schola
Thank you for the information I think I understand but just to be clear I can only recruit one unit card of Legionis Dalmatarum and one unit card of Legionis Propugnatores seniores or do I need to upgrade my building to be able to get more then one of said units. Sorry for asking I just want to be sure. LOve the models in the game by the way! Beautiful !!

Do not hesitate to ask questions!

    AOR units:

To recruit all the units, you need to build a castrum in all provinces!
There are a lot of units, even if you collect all the different ones for 1 unit. - you will have more than 100 units, these are 5 large armies (stacks).

    Nominal Legio units:
For them it is necessary to build a ruler of the governor's buildings, only in the capital. Nowhere else is it necessary!

I actually never really recognized that the Ostrogoths had a full blown kingdom in Ukraine before the Hunnic invasion. If my motivation would be as high as it used to be I would read more into it and its archaeology, but at least I found this:

Not Ukraine (with a capital letter) and not ukraine (outskirts), since there is no outskirts of what this area was. It will be correct to use the term - "steppe next to the black sea"

    Sorry for bad googl-english.

This Scythian helmet. Such were even before our era.
The rest also corresponds little to the period of the 4th century AD.
You probably wanted to say - Kingdom on the territory of modern Ukraine.

    1. Two-part helmets of the two (bronze) plates (figure 1-2), fastened with rivets. There is a fastening cheeks and behind the sultans. Their Dating has a distance from the 4-3 century BC to the 2nd century AC. Experts believe these types of hats are the local North Caucasian production (imitation of Eastern and Hellenic samples).

Thanks. Would these helmets really be used by the Goths of the 3rd and 4th century though? Thought by this time the Spangenhelm had been well established in the western steppes. It already appears in the first century AD after all (Kerch murals):

Not used. There is a helmet of the 2nd century AD, but it is 95% likely to be a fake. Similar helmets date back only to BC!
Many pictures are drawn by good artists, but bad historians.
    I'm talking about a helmet - a pot.
