Sanctus Reach is Repetitive and Boring
Having played through [and won] approximately 15-18 campaign missions in the first campaign, I have come to realize the game is very basic, formulaic, and rather repetitive. It has become boring.
There are only three, at most, four, basic map templates, everything else is a variation on those 3-4 templates. The missions are virtually all identical, "hold the most victory points at the end of the mission."
The orks behave in a predictable manner with predictable units.
The game graphics and mechanics feel like something along the lines of Panzer General or Panzer General 2, in other words a mid-late 1990s game.
The game is moderately enjoyable, for a few hours, then the realization "this is repetitive and essentially pointless" sets in.
I don't think it is worth more than about $10 dollars and I wouldn't recommend buying it unless it was on a serious discount sale.
