Protestant Reformation Script?

I was wondering if there is any way to incorporate a Protestant Reformation script into the game. It clearly can be done considering that the Third Age: Total War mod uses the Arnor Reemergence script as a way to change its culture/religion from Northmen to Numenorian. However, the Arnor script also uses the Kalmar Union and Lithuanian Conversion scripts from the Teutonic Campaign in order to achieve the goal of turning Eriador into Arnor. So, the question becomes is there any way or does anyone know how to use said scripts to create a Protestant Reformation emergence for Medieval 2?
