Well I know Dresden is pretty busy right know and Ahiga is working on quite a few projects, so not sure about it, You'll have to wait for their answer.

I'm trying to help get an Empire Divided reskin going, but I'll try and revert back to FOTE after I get the first batch out (which'll just be the Romans, and not their auxilia, in ED).
It'll be tricky to refamiliarize where I left off but not impossible, just a case of the willpower for it.

Decided to jump ship again and try to focus on FOTE ahead of that ED reskin. Working on catching up to where I left off now.
The bad news is I failed to backup the portraits I was doing on my old PC. I backed up (on google and on an external HD) the textures and models for units, so that is no worry, but I had been working on generals portraits to replace the old ones and those are lost (beyond the existing Hun and Eastern ones which are already done).
The good news is I am able to disable the skybox in the TWeak editor, which was the chief hindrance to a fully automated process in photoshopping the portraits. What I do is after VMDs for generals are done, I create a fixed camera position in the tweak, load up each of the generals, screenshot and post it in photoshop. I could script it to automatically resize and save the portraits, but not to get rid of the sky behind it. The sky had irregularities (clouds and such) that made a magic wand of it not viable. Now I should be able to have the photoshop script magic wand the sky away no problem.
In any case once I finish a CTD issue unrelated to the mod (have it when I run the game regardless of any mods, so I think I need to move it to the main OS hard drive which predicates moving stuff to another HD) I will focus entirely on just celts and norse. After a release of them then I would either go on to slavs or start to do generals. If I can keep the momentum going then I want to fix naval stuff and bring them up to the FOTE level and also return to the Romans to touch them up in light of my new assets/designs from 3CC like the coifs or proper subarmalis pteruges.
Edit: CTD unrelated to mod fixed by moving my game onto SSD with OS, so I am able to get back to work.

Hoping to see Ritter-Floh's epic animations make it to this game. With all the barbarism going on, it would be a HUGE boost to immersion.

I've been waiting for some update long time so it's amazing to hear. Some sage said that 90% of work take 10% of time and rest 10% of work take 90% of time. And I think this mod is the case of that efficiency.
Got slightly sidetracked doing some Rise of the Roman Republic stuff for DEI (oscans and Celts and such), but I am still going to return back to this shortly. One good thing is that in the future, probably not for this celt/norse release since I want it out the door sooner rather than later, but I have some new assets/work done from 3cc for DEI to use here. New mail hauberks that should look better for the Romans, proper 'spillover' coifs (since the 4th or 5th century Vatician manuscript have Romans in mail coifs), got a DEI team-member to rig up a better arm-shield that would work well with Roman cataphracts.
