Lingering vision from swapping regions

Hello,

I'm having an issue with swapping positions between Armenia and Rome, for some reason I keep vision of the regions. It seems it isn't related to old garrison armies and completing buildings doesn't seem to remove it either, it just lasts for 2 turns regardless. It's in the DEI revised grand campaign, not sure if that matters.



Things I've tried:
Removed pretty much anything in the region/region slot like buildings and ownership
Swapping campaign shrouds
Swapping diplomacy
Removing garrisons
Swapping regions through script (transfer_region_to_faction)

For now the only solution I've found is resetting the diplomacy multiple times but that's not very optimal

that's pretty much weird
could be related to campaign shrouds in the campaign scripting.lua but it seems you already set it... properly
wouldn't really know

I didn't even know there was campaign shroud stuff in the scripting.lua I removed pretty much all the camera stuff, still the same result. Is it even possible to completely remove vision? I saw something about not being able to on this Warhammer 2 mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfil...?id=1929748031
