i don't think phyrrus is a very good candidate as he is the inventor of the Pyhrric victory

caeser, alexander, marius, henry V, saladin, baybars, el cid, ptolemy, seleucus, assorted diadochi, scipio africanus.

personally i think caeser had the charisma to, if he had equal amounts of men with equal armour and arms, nurture good enough morale to win.

    so Gaius Julius Caeser wins!

    Belisarius, perhaps?
And Hannibal, of course. All odds against him.
    And Spartacus.

Well i'd have to go with Gaius Marius, his tatics at wiping out the Tuetons were marvelous

Analysis should not be diverted by reflections upon the zeal with which the victors at the end of the Second World War punished the defeated for war crimes. The victors were animated by the ideals of the Atlantic Charter and of the United Nations. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was about to peep over the eastern horizon. But first, they wanted a little hanging.

Edward III or Alfred The Great for England anyway.
the victory at Agincourt was more down to the terrain at which the battle was fought and because of the wet conditions that made the ground muddy then any plan devised by Henry himself.
The terrain had nothing to do with Henry V's plan? Uh?! That was the foundation of his plan, force the French to negate their overhwhelming numbers by funneling them toward the English line. He came within a hair line of forcing the French into a Union under his rule. Not bad really considering the population of England was about 5x less than that of France. But no not the bestest General.

I assume you mean Mr Gaius Julius CAESAR (although I guess any of them could be meant). No I'm not being a grammar Nazi, but if you're so fond of him as to repeat his name five times you could at least spell it right lol.
